Yeah, i would try to reshape these habits. Just requires a little discipline to form a new healthier routine. Simple stuff, taking care of yourself first is often overlooked.That might be worth looking into. My caffeine consumption is often over the 400-500mg per day mark. Along with screen time off the hook cause i’m trapped in a hotel most the time traveling for work.
others have mentioned good things to check as well. Whenever you’re going to involve drugs it’s important to live really disciplined to begin with. At least then you can rule some things out when trying to figure out what’s going on. Process of elimination.
