I was wondering If anyone on here was a fbb (not figure/physique) or has been close enough to one to have an idea on what their cycles are like?

What sort of compounds are fbb using? What would their cycle look like? Would it be the same as a physique girl but slightly larger quantities? Maybe different compounds like test/tren? How about dosages? I'd rather hear first hand experiences but educated guesses are welcome.

Thankyou in advance. I'll try attach a photo to make sure you get what type of physique I am talking about :)

I was a heavyweight competitor 24 years ago, test, yes, tren, not so much. Typical cycles of proviron/GH during a mass building phase with a tiny bit of test tossed in the mix, and then maintenance/tightening run with either mast/var or primo/var stacks. Dosages don’t need to be that high and the smart women don’t go batshit with “if some is good, more must be better”, most of us preferred not to wake up with a “click” and a five o’clock shadow.
It still boils down to genetics and plain old hard ass work, all the gear in the world won’t make a bikini competitor look like Lenda Murray

This is great info thanks!!

FBB typically run test, deca, tren, winny, anadrol, dbol, gh, etc. All depending on what stage they are at. Most female BB won't get to where they need to be without test and deca. Deca being the primary compound.

Doses are slightly different as well as cycles are designed differently too. More stacking of compounds as well. And less time off in between, if any.

The rest, well majority is diet, training and genetics.
