No....you are correct. She doesnt like shots even though it is a slin pin. I would love to keep her more stable cuz after that shot about 4 days i get 2-3 really good nights and then it tapers off. But then its probably a good thing for me cuz my cardio condition sucks cuz im running tren a at about 500mg right now.

I would use test C 10mg week. Start low is the best. Give it 4 weeks and assess from there. Sustanon is a mix of test, it was used in the past because they tought it would have work good for ppl that had hypogonadism etc. Truth to be told it was a failure and is not produced almost anymore and all trt doctors prescribe test E or test C and maybe test U (nebido) in Europe.

No one use sustanon for trt. And that's what you are doing mostly. Injecting very low test dose to increase your mood/libido etc.

If you want to cycle, you can use sustanon sure (would not use it, but that's my choice) but for trt please go with test e/c

As a lady you can use whatever you like, depends on your goal. If you wanna become a lady bodybuilder you can definetly use tren as well lol

I don't see a reason to see sustanon as a man, so as a woman I see even less reasons to use it..: but of course you can use it... :)

Do you get what I'm saying?

I just looked at your profile your the same age as us....so if you are active in the gym and bf is not super high at least 25% or less and ideally 20 and under...
Test cyp....1 inj weekly first inj 30mg...all thereafter no more than 10 to 15 mg weekly.
These are sides you will eventually get...first and foremost....if you do not have a significant other that can keep up in the bedroom stock up on batteries(dollar tree is cheapest)...clitoral enlargement and sensitivity( be careful outside even in a moderate breeze...bicycles and horseback riding may become hazardous due to control issues)
When you feel your voice get raspy or begin to change pitch back off dosage to half of what your at because the beard and mustache are not far behind.
Up to that point all the women i am aware of had sides disappear as test levels dropped.
    Hope this info helps....

If your lady is menopausal you can also look into adding estradiol and possibly progesterone into the hormone mix.

If you have a uterus you need to run progesterone with your estradiol to prevent thickening of the uterine lining.

You'll need to dial in doses with blood work, but a typical starting point is 2mg of estradiol daily and 200mg of progesterone nightly.

Vitamin D is also typically supplemented, 5 to 10k iu daily

these hormones will help with sleep, mood and hot flashes.

My girl does this all through a hormone Dr, we spend about $2500 a year. It's $600 to get pellets every 4 months, plus blood work and the progesterone, pregnenolone, estradiol, armour thyroid and iodine.

Your dead on here...if your post menopausal the uterine lining thins...my wife can tell when she is on test...walls thicken.

What's The deal if The Walls thicken?

it increases risk of cancer and other uterine problems.

Post menopausal women have their own set of hormonal issues...hot flashs vaginal dryness and thinning uterine walls. The last two make sexual activity uncomfortable and painful. Re-thickening of the walls tends to alleviatethe painful condition.

It's a balancing act with estrogen and progesterone.
estrogen alone lowers the risk of breast cancer but increases the risk of uterine cancer.
too much progesterone leads to hardening of breast tissue and can increase breast cancer risk.
Get things balanced just right and use bio-identical hormones and the cancer risk goes unchanged and they see a reduced risk of heart disease and osteoporosis.

But does a woman that is not menopausal get thickening effect as well using testosterone? Or is that mostly related to menopausal women?

I dont think that the problem with estrogen and thickening of the uterine lining applies to women who still menstruate.
that sluffs off the thickened lining.
I'm not sure though... I'm just parroting what my wifes Dr tells us.
I'd guess that low dose test for a woman who still menstruates is much less complicated than replacing the full spectrum of hormones for those that no longer ovulate.

You're clearly confused. Women and men trt are two completely different things.

The reason sust is good for a woman, especially older, is simply BECAUSE of the different esters attached to it. Doing a 10-15mg a week or even 10 days subQ will give her more instant energy from the tiny amount of prop as the others catch up keeping her levels at the right amounts.

The long esters take a while to kick in, if too much then problems will arise. That's test c and e

Short esters such as prop, get in your system quick and are out quick. That's the reason why the dosing is a little higher for the week compared to long esters.

At those amounts, at her age, she will feel better, younger and more energized with her body working efficiently.

I'm all in for prop because of the fast all in all out. But your sustanon reasons are invalid or better said not entirely correct. The sustanon will surely give a surge due to test P but that's not something requested for trt.

We want the most stable level for a long period of time, there is no rush on trt/cruise, no need to get fast benefit with the cons of up and down. Plus if you get sides on sustanon the wait time before the dosage reduce in the blood is even longer then on test E/C so the problem is even worse then on test E/C.

Test P for trt is probably the best if a girl is happy to pin at least 3 times a week. But it's easily done with test E/C just using very low dosage and don't increase until 4-5 weeks have passed at least.

So I'm sorry but again I see no reason to use sustanon for trt. For cycling, yes... But then just use prop is much better.

You're entitled to your opinion. As am I. And I am speaking from a female perspective along with having several female friends who absolutely love a small dose of sust versus te/tc because of the prop in it.

Ideally, yes, prop is the better choice and used by many females without issue... and yes 30-50mg a week is typically the average for a 4-6 week run.
