People get busted daily for simple possession. Evidence collected after the fact is used to justify longer sentences by prosecutors all the time. Evidence they can find using a search based off your known usernames is the sort of easy win that makes prosecuting attorneys smile.

It's not always the "authorities" you should be concerned about. It's your employers, your colleagues, prospective future employers, your kid's parents, your ex-spouse, as well as other people in your real-world professional and social circles.
