Female weight loss and strength building

Hi,
I've been reading the site for weeks, but this is my official introduction post. I'm here because I was looking into peptides and sarms for weight loss as an obese 35 year old woman (non-diabetic). Diet and exercise schedule already set. Started phentermine.

At this point I'm mostly researching stacks and sources (reliability+pricing).

Thanks for reading!

People are saying semaglutide is good. I've ran dnp (not condoning) it 100% works but itis Strong. I know what it's like to be there and just want something that F*cking works!

If you’re looking into DNP it is probably the best for weight loss. But it can be dangerous you have to do research and make sure you eat on it. DO NOT USE DNP WITHOUT RESEARCH! learn everything you need and you’ll find your dosage. But also I want to add, if you’re considering running dnp or any other weight loss compound I recommend you also use GW501516 for endurance if you are already overweight it will help you with your cardio exercises. GW is extremely mild and can be ran all year without any problems.

Thank you! I've seen people mention GW before, but it never came off as the super hero in a stack, so I never looked into it. I will now

No it’s not the superhero in the stack but if you’re already overweight GW will make your training alittle easier and will give you an extra push. I would definitely run it. It is optional tho you don’t have to but it would make your training better :)

Tirzepatide and HGH would be my go to in your situation. If your appetite is under control no need for tirzepatide. The hgh will promote fat loss and help you recover better so you can train more frequently/more intensely if desired.

DNP is a terrible idea, that’s terrible advice from someone here. You’re not on a deadline to lose this weight and you want to keep it off so DNP is not the key to that.

HGH is something you can take for a long time and see the benefits build over time. It really helps your skin and hair look 10x better and younger as well.

Your first step is diet and exercise. Second step is truelly learning about nutrition. Being obese is not just a weight problem, it's also a mental health problem. 99% of obese people have absolutely no idea what healthy eating really is. They also have 1000 excuses that have been turned into their alternate reality ( I don't really eat that much, so I don't understand why I can't lose weight). There is NO magic stack. DNP use will likely kill you, or bring you really close.

I was thinking about HGH after reading other women's posts, so thanks for suggesting it, it does seem worth trying.

It 100% is the best thing for women. My wife takes 4th a day and has been for the last 2 years. Makes a huge difference with very little side effects. She also cycles anavar but is trying to build muscle on her physique.

You've got to be kidding!
You haven't even started training yet and you're already on phentermine?

You're right, it's definitely a mental and physical health combination.

I can definitely learn more about nutrition and I have NOT found a way to get enough protein in with my restrictions, which I understand is a big problem, but I don't have a solution yet.

I under eat when I do eat and often choose carby calories. I do have a lot of excuses, some more valid than others, but I won't deny that self-sabotage is a core issue. I'm not here for magic, just whatever tiny improvements I can get.

I can lose weight with extended fasting (not intermittent), but it's caused gallbladder issues and hair loss + muscle loss.

Phen doesn't suppress my appetite because I metabolize drugs very quickly and have been on a variety of stimulants for quite awhile. Hunger isn't an issue since I'm masochistic with food. It does help reduce sugar cravings though.

I'm genuinely not sure why you're surprised I'd be on phentermine without a training schedule. I wasn't aware of any benefits to exercise from phen, simply the increase in metabolism and decrease in hunger. Does it help with endurance too, strength, or something else?

How much do you currently weigh? Extended fasting isn't a good method to lose weight, You pointed out...gallbladder, hair and muscle loss.
If you're masochistic with food then you eat for pleasure. You need to start immediately brainwashing yourself, say over and over healthy food in small portions is pleasurable. Eventually, as you see progress you'll believe it. Because you want to see the ppwer of a pleasant physical body and feeling healthy and having enery. Mind over matter.
I'm not surprised you're on phentermine. I'm surprised you haven't even started your training but you looking for more easy solutions instead of first committing to putting in the work. Dnp is very dangerous, deadly even. And you haven't even put forth any work in training, diet, and building your mental fortitude.

And what's there to figure out with protein? Just start eating healthy nutrient dense meals in small portions.

This statement in itself is a part of your "alternate reality" I mentioned. You under eat? There's 3500 calories in a pound of fat. You MUST eat 3500 calories more then what your body needs for the day in oder to store that 1 lbs of fat. In order to lose a lbs of fat you must remove 3500 calories from your diet.

Start training, learn your calorie needs, learn how to feed yourself nutritious food, and appropriate serving sizes. Take your doc monitored phentermine. After you have mastered these and are seeing good progress, then MAYBE then look into something like semaglutide. If you can't feed yourself correctly then every thing else will be in vain and very dangerous to your health.

One pound of muscle is only 800 calories. So if you don't have your nutrition down you'll lose lbs of muscle thinking you're losing fat. This is where it's important to make sure you're eating enough protein. You want to lose fat and minimal muscle.

Learn nutrition. Better yet get help building a nutrition food plan. Have one cheat meal a week. This way, when your craving certain foods all week, you'll have something to look forward to. Cheat meals help you stay sane and keep you on goal.
Your reward for staying on track all week is that greasy bacon cheese burger with fries. Yes, if you actually stay on track that cheat meal won't hurt you in the least. It's when you make it a cheat day or multiple meals that you'll start failing.
