A very good friend of mine . His daughter passed away because of the stupid laws not allowing her parents to admit her into treatment without he being able to sign herself out . How can this be possible at 15 years old ?

Sorry to hear that. Pretty common that you need to have consent before putting someone into any kind of treatment though.

There in the midst of passing a bill to not allow this anymore
Sorry to hear that. That law is crazy if someone is the patent/guardian of a minor they should have the final say in something as serious as this.
