Fertility on trt and low libido

im wanne try to get fertility back on trt
Last blast was 4 weeks ago, 750 sust 600 npp


I start hcg hmg nolva 3 weeks ago

Protocol:

Su do 80mg test e (160 mg total)
Mo we fr 75 iu hmg
Di do 1500 iu hcg
10 mg nolva ed
5mg ciallis ed
Thinking about adding 25 mg clomid ed

What you guys think about the protocol, somebody did the same? Good result or do i need to quit test e compleet


I get blood check next week but my libido is zero, i have morning wood most off the days.



Do you thing i maybe need a ai at 3000 iu of hcg and 160 test 225 hmg?
 
Yeah. Your lagging libido is probably becuase of your NPP. Its progesterone and prolactin related.

You could get some Caber to lower prolactin. But if you go back to trt its gonna fall down with time.

I would go with the TRT, 1500-3000 iu hcg 2 times a week, 75iu hmg 2-3 times a week.

Only cialis on occations if you need if for fun with the lady.

Nolva isn't useful when running trt.
 
Nolva i take to provent getting gyno, i get gyno very fast when using hcg


2 weeks ago i did take 0.5mg caber didn't make a different but i will check bloodwork to know sure

Nolva only blocking the estrogen. Why not use adex?

Only 0,5 caber one time? Dosen't help. Caber takes 3-4 weeks to lower prolactin. Use 0,5 mg 2x week. And wait 3 weeks.
 
I thinking about adex but scared to crash my e2 without bloodwork

Monday i will take blood to see whats wrong, so maybe better to wait with adex till result is back.

Today my docter callt me with blood result

I wilk post exact numbers tomorrow when arrived

But my test was at high end (31.8 mnol) free test was very high shbg was low (11)
Estrogen was high (0.30) need to be 0.15 he told me, estrogen is high from hcg? Because low shbg is low estrogen right?

Prolactine was good

So can low shbg be the reason for low libido and how to raise it al little?

I take new blood over 4 weeks.

My doc told me to do something about the high estrogen lucky i check meself because it will make things worse at the moment
 
So your doc don't help you with estrogen?

Your libido lagging is probably because the high estrogen.

Just wait for the fertility. How long have you been doing hcg/hmg?

You think lower estrogen doens't effect shbg to go lower

I don't see many running an AI when trying to get back fertility.

But you only 3 weeks in. 1 month more on HCG/HMG will show improvements. Im pretty sure. Please keep me updated.
 
I recently went through this myself after being on TRT myself for 15 years no HCG etc. From my personal experience these huge doses of HCG aren't needed especially when using HMG which will do most of the work for getting sperm count up. My protocol was:

70mg Test / week (Dosed EOD)
HCG 200iu / day
HMG 75iu 2 x week

Later I bumped test up to 87.5mg and added primo at 70mg.

This protocol resulted in pregnancy within about 5-6 months. No AI's needed, and I always thought I was someone super sensitive to estrogen as well. The biggest factor is injecting frequency I found. EOD or even ED injections make a world of difference and spreading the HCG out into smaller doses each day makes E2 much more manageable, at least for me.

When first starting things like HCG or changing your dose on Test etc you may get some E2 symptoms, but I've found that was more related to the hormonal fluctuations than the actual E2 and your body just needs 5-6 weeks to adjust. Having a knee jerk reaction and taking AI's just results in a whole lot of other problems is what I've found over many years of trial and error.
 
Let me ask you. I was going to make a thread. But this falls in line in what I was going to post. Im lookin for fertility, I dropped all gear.. im runnin 2000iu eod Hcg, 50mg clomid a day, and Nolva 20mg a day. I don’t want to spend money on hmg, because I was under the assumption that clomid mimicks hmg to an extent. Can anyone elaborate on this? Do I need HmG?

I would def. get HMG. Its just easier to do it right.
