You keep wanting to correct blood work with substances…..

Unless you go cold turkey —— the shbg, fsh, LH are useless in what your trying to do…. Stop trying to “correct” these “issues”

The only way to “test” the HCG/HMG dosages for fertility is by S/A after giving the boys time …..

But low shbg makes trt diffecult and i notice a decrease in libido and i get more acne since shbg is low

Update

Im almost 2.5 months off
Blood semen will taken end of the month

But test will come back low i think because i notice low sex drive (last time i went off for 12 months test was low ref. range) but im able to get him up when needed, and i gain some fat even when i eat alot less then i normaly did


Fertility i think is still low becauce i notice i have a very low semun volume...on cycle ir was only around 2ml but now its even lower

Lh 5.1 ref 1.5 - 9 mnol/l
Fsh 6.3 ref 1.4 - 18.1 mnol
Shbg 21.6 ref 14.6 - 94.5 mnol/l

Maybe 3 months is to fast to check...wil do a new test over 3 months

I read an article in here about sperm production. It's here: Anabolic Steroids and Fertility - MESO-Rx

It says that the entire spermatogenesis takes 74 days and another 1-21 days before its ending in the ejaculate.. So i assume your sperm number is alot better after 3 months from now

Hows everything going? any updates. In the same boat right now. Tried trt Dose for a month and LH FSH levels didnt budge so I dropped Test

I went to a docter need to give semen next week when quility still bad he put me on pharmgrade hcg....check within 6 months again after that maybe fsh when needed

Not bad. Normal is 15mil. Im guessing youll be there in 3 months.
Im 1 week into Clomid 50mg ed and 40mg Nolvadex a day. Moods been absolute shit from the Clomid. Im angry and pissy all the fuckin time.

I've been on for about 8 years straight. After running hcg and clomid at trt doses I saw no budge in lh or fish. So I decided to lower test below baseline 400-500 blast hcg for about 2 weeks drop test completely and do a 50 50 25 25 clomid and 40 40 20 20 nolva PCT. This is all to get my swimmers going again as I'd like to freeze a bunch of sperm and be able to B&C again. Shit sucks for sure but I'm thinking big picture here.

As long as you are using hCG and/or testosterone your LH and FSH will remain suppressed, no matter the amount of clomiphene.
