As long as you are using hCG and/or testosterone your LH and FSH will remain suppressed, no matter the amount of clomiphene.

Seems to me the case for me as well. However not for everyone some guy will conceive on TRT with Clomid and HCG. That however probably take a lot more time than just coming all the way off and doing a proper PCT which is what Im doing at the moment. 50mg Of Clomid seems like a lot though with the sides im getting.

They replace lh with hcg

But hcg will not raise lh on bloodwork but the body will work like its lh

I was declared infertile by several doctors ... by using bait ... when a second opinion requested in the meantime started with 1 ml test e 10 d 1500 iu hcg eod with 150 iu hmg ed ... after 4 months I had reasonable sperm .. my wife was a bit older so it didn't seem to work .. we went to the hospital who prescribed my hcg and hmg from that moment on .. after several IVF / ICSI attempts I gave up hope .. just before I wanted to stop hcg and hmg my wife became pregnant spontaneously ... dna test has been done it is mine .. and now have a beautiful daughter

Yeah I didnt know that till recently to be honest with you. My last bloods before dropping T completely running HCG and Clomid for 2-3 weeks were changing. LH was still bottomed out as we talked about above however my FSH was .9 which suggested the Clomid was doing its thing. Im gonna finnish out the PCT and run bloods again. I will probably keep the Clomid in the mix along with other things that Aid in spermatogenesis However will lower the clomid dose.

I bet you guys were happy you spent all that money on IVF and than were able to conceive naturally LOL

in my country ivf is reimbursed so it just took me time ..and the hcg and hmg i took before the hospital treated me

the test is more reliable than the tests that are going around here on the forum

Proper PCT and time is the BEST -

How long were you running HCG and HMG before results? were you running Bloods as well?

I basically always used hCG next to testosterone and that worked like a charm

Welp fellas I got swimmers again! So it took about 30ish days on HCG For the first 2 weeks 1500mg EOD and than starting a proper pct with Clomid and Nolva which Im just getting to week 2 now and will finish the remainder out. I will be continuing a Fertility protocol after that at 50MG ED of clomid till I go ahead and freeze some sperm. Once I get back on I will be running HCG at all times to prevent this from happening.
