This is Glutealina and I would appreciate any help. I am currently 147 lbs and I have not checked my BF% recently, however in the past, I was around 18-20% before dieting and that was using an unreliable tool. My upper body seems to stay muscular and my lower body gets the extra weight in the off season. (I'm a woman imagine that). What do you think about sprint workouts or cardio in general? Right now my workouts are split like this: Chest/Biceps, Legs, Back/Triceps, and Shoulders/Traps/Rear Delts. Closer to show time I combine my shoulders with Chest and throw in a light day of legs (that seemed to help). I usually do cross-training for cardio, such as 20 min. of interval training on the bike, 20 min. of fast/mod. pace on treadmill 4-5 days a week (no cardio on heavy leg day). I would like to do more sprints, I enjoy sprints more than an hour of running or biking. I really need some advice on my diet. This will be my 3rd year of training for a show (the first year I competed in bodybuilding and last year was figure) I will be doing figure again this year. I eat about 5 times per day, I do not count calories, I just eat clean and watch my weight and measurements. 2 of my meals are protein shakes or the first couple of weeks a protein bar. I eat grilled chicken, tuna, egg whites with turkey meat and ff cheese, oatmeal with splenda or natural peanut butter, 96% lean beef, rice (boxed seasoned, what do you think about Rice-a-roni?), baked potatoes, green beans, salad, and other basic diet foods. I am also wondering what you think about having 1 "cheat day" or "cheat meal" per week? I wanted to try the anavar because I think I lost a little more muscle than I should have for the last competition ( I came in a little flat and skinny). Any advice you have will help and by the way if you have any diet advice to spice it up, I could always use a change. (other supplements I like to take are creatine, glutamine, and flax oil).
Thanks again!!!!
