Finding a Teacher or Guide

Hey,
I’ve been lifting for quite some time, close to 30 years old.
Current stats are 6’2 and 200 lbs… skinny but jacked, natty.
I’m hoping I can find a teacher or guide to help me out with this anabolic journey, can’t really talk me out of it, I’m definitely ready.
Looking to run 400-500 of test e and maybe a weaker bulker (prob not dianabol unless you really recommend it to me).
I’m really worried about how to handle the recovery after my cycle, and I’ve heard conflicting things on if hgc / hgh is necessary to save my balls, or what you think will be best to make for a smooth landing… saw some for $500 on elden ring or whatever but they were sold out.
 
First thing to do is get pre cycle blood work.

Thanks, I have a testing facility about a mile from my home. I can’t tell if the recommended vendors are actually being recommended, or if people are being sarcastic.

Of the vendors I’ve found, I can’t find hcg or any proper pct?
 
400-500 test should be fine. No need for dbol

You don’t need HCG and HGH isn’t for PCT. however if you want to use HCG, you could use if for the 2-3 weeks @250-500 IU 2x/wk between your last pin and starting your nolvadex (because you don’t want to start nolvadex before the test clears your system when doing PCT) to kick start your natural test production.

After 2-3 weeks of clearance from your system, run nolvadex @20mg/day for 4-6 weeks to get your natural test production up and running again. If you choose to use HCG, STOP running it when you start your nolvadex
 
Much appreciated. Is there a reason you recommend Nolva over clomid or Aromasin?

I’ll probably start with the test, and if it goes good, I’ll try Winny/Tren/Dianabol then… I see some products with random names like sus, etc. is there any new tech with these meds?

Test only, hcg if you can get it, if not then roll with nolvadex and Clomid. Nolvadex actually prevails or an AI for stimulating leutinizing hormone and FSH levels during recovery

Just make sure the "then" is next cycle. Dont be in too much of a rush, its a long game if you want to stay healtyy.

Run a test only cycle see how you respond. Next cycle add 1 compound see how you respond, and on and on.
 
Nah but that’s me awhile back. I weighed abt 215 there, most wouldn’t believe me but I only ran an 8 wk cycle there, and I ran 300/300/300 test prop: tren ace : oil based winstrol. Truly the best I ever looked and on less than a gram of gear/wk total
 
Get precycle bloods, you only can get a true one time precycle bloods. Get test, e2, hgh, igf1, metabolic panel, cholesterol, basic panel, free test, thyroid.

First, do some some basic research regardless of whether you get yourself a coach or not. It's always helpful to have an idea what you're doing and thus be able to think critically if someone for instance suggests something unnecessary.

Secondly, I would recommend you get a basic hormone test done. Have you actually ever checked your testosterone levels? If it happens so that you were on the lower end of the scale you might even get a prescription by a doctor, ie. real pharmacy stuff.

Thirdly and as far as your cycle planning goes, me as a pussy (well let's call it risk averse lol) would like to start a little bit lower and work up from there. Why? Well when you start lower there are plenty of...ummm "room?" to progress. And to be fair I just personally always prefer putting more emphasis on nailing down the basic boring stuff (training/nutrition) and use these other tools as and when needed.

Hopefully you got something out of it and best of luck for the chosen path!

Very true advice, many beginners need them like a bible or first steps.

Do bloods 1st as everyone is saying wish I did back in the day then go up slowly is simple pin on Mon and Thursday start off on 1/4acc after 3weeks up it to half a cc then after 3 more weeks 3/4cc after 3 more weeks 1cc on Mon and Thursday for 3 week use 25g 1inc it's best don't think that half inch slin pin gets the job done sometimes run a ai after your 1s week if you need it something easy like adax 0.25mg eod should be enough if you feel itchy in the nipples up it to 0.5 and boom aft all that you gain 25 pounds then take a break p.s that don't mean stop training or eating always stay on point on them
