It's pretty easy. You just need to figure out what concentration you want to make your solution (paying attention to the compound's solubility so that you don't saturate the solution beyond the compound's solubility and have it crash) and work from there.
If you want to do something at, say, 20mg/ml, you need 1g of hormone for every 49ml of solvent, generally a mix of PEG and everclear or Ora-plus. That's assuming a displacement of 1g for the hormone for easy math, since most oral steroids are in the high .99x displacement ballpark. If you want to be really precise, you can figure out the displacement of the specific hormone and do the math from there, but that's overkill for homebrew orals, IMO. We're talking a differential of five or ten thousandths of a gram, generally.
