Hey y'all, I'm Cargin. I ended up here through the GLP-1/peptide route as I started off my journey with tirzepatide. I have always been interested in this space but am definitely not as risk tolerant as many here. My goals are mainly to lose abdominal fat, and secondarily gain a little muscle. I would be perfectly happy with my current musculature if I can maintain it while losing the adipose but through my weight loss journey I have definitely noticed some loss of muscle fullness and strength. As of yet I have also tried Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin for the GH benefits but it seems to me that exogenous HGH aligns closer with my goals and risk tolerance. HGH seems better studied and with more anecdotal reports of use, and is cost effective enough at maybe 3-6iu which is what I'm shooting for. I got a baseline IGF of 113 and I'm looking to get to high 300's or low 400's so I stay within normal range. Does my plan check out? I would appreciate any info regarding dosing protocols etc. Thanks
