I occasionally pop over to SST as there’s a source there I’ve used and enjoyed. Looking at a new source thread and someone—guessing a Meso member—asked them about lab setup, tests, pictures, etc, and the source actually had the balls to say (paraphrasing) ”the mods have all that, you can ask them”. Like...fuck man, isn’t that YOUR job? Why are the mods over there the gatekeepers of your brewing setup?
