first aas after previous ph

Hey guys how's it going? So I'd like to run my first aas cycle in the next few months. I'm 29, I'll be 30 when I do. I'm 210lbs 5'11". I've been training off and on for the past 12 years with the past 8 being very serious. I train 5 days a week. 1-2 body parts a day for 1-2 hours at a time.
I've ran two previous prohormone cycles. The first one was dmz the second was halo extreme with dermatrest (trestolone aka ment).
Now I know I should run test by itself to see how I react to it, if I aromatise, etc. Being as that I've ran the ment and it's not dissimilar to test is it necessary that I run test solo?
My plan was to run
Tbol 30/30/40/40/40/40
Test e. 300 weekly for 10 weeks
Hcg for my last 4 weeks
Pct
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/20/20/20

Any advice is much appreciated
 
First do me a favor take the pic of urself out and replace with another.

Forget the tbol, increase test e or c to 2-250mgs shot per week. Mon- Thurs pins.

R u going to increase ur food intake, r u going to get enough rest, is ur training going to b intense enough?

If u intend to take this seriously all the above need to happend amongst others.

What gains can u expect from this?

Well u will GAIN the knowledge that aas for 1 is not the same as it is for others.

I will expect to c u involved in this forum a bit more than just this opening post, if u would like me to help u progress[emoji1377]

Hell yea bro! And I train very hard. I'm working on a gym partner but it's slim pickings lol I will increase my calories to about 4000 daily. Mainly chicken, fish, beef, rice, asparagus, apples, broccoli, potatoes, oat meal, peanut butter, protein shakes, chia seeds, multivitamin. I made the mistake of just eating everything my first ph and gained some unwanted fat. I won't do that again. I try to get between 6-8 hours of sleep. I have two steps kids so it doesn't always work out how I'd like it. I will definitely search and read more. Thanks for your help

@Casca gave u really good advice. The only thing I'd add is try to get good quality ai and pct bc my first cycle I trusted my local gym guy and pretty sure my ai was bad and kinda ruined my whole cycle. So just do ur research and u should respond well to test only
 
@BigRed91 Is there a way to test quality? And I can get arimidex. I've read so many different things about how to use it. Some guys just use it others wait for signs high estrogen. I'd assume the latter method is best?

Best way to have quality is pharmacy grade I'm on my second cycle so I'm no pro but there a some sources in the underground u can look into.

Well you could wait till bout week 4 or 5 get bloods see where your e levels are and go from their. But i would defenitly have a ai on hand prior just in case of a issue to aswell. Hope this made sense

Is blood work expensive? Obviously it seems a must in just curious.
 
Hey OP theirs a thread that wunderpus just did it would be perfect for your situation....i think its called first newbie cycle or somthin. Ill try to find it but it lays it out their perfectly

Makes more sense now. I made the mistake of thinking the same way I ran prohormones I could run aas. A lot of people swear they're the same thing, they seem to me to be two different worlds.
 
BTW you can do the shots on days other than mon/thurs. I personally do sunday AM and wednesday PM because I don't have to pin before work when I'm trying to get ready. Just make sure the pins are 3.5 days apart (unless using a shorter ester) and you're good.

I've read a lot and I'm pretty set on the test e. Mainly so I don't have to pin as much. My buddy swears by sust. As a first timer I think I should stick with the test e. Like I said, I'm not going to do this until Feb-Mar so I can give my body sometime from my last prohormone cycle and also to learn some more. So I think I will run my cycle as such.

My main point was that you don't HAVE to do mon/thurs, there's nothing magical about those days as long as you space the shots out 3.5 days. You probably already knew this, but I felt like saying it anyway.
