First anavar only cycle

I have placed my order and excited for it to arrive. I can't wait. I have lifted for 4 years but never had the shredded look I have always wanted. I have a lot of muscles already especially in my legs, but I have been unable to obtain the definition covered by the softness. I was told anavar is the best for this purpose. I used to be against help for a long time, but I feel like my estrogen levels are way higher, and this could give me the perfect edge I need.
I will be doing a very low dose- all opinions and comments welcome.
I will start with 5 mg/day for 4 weeks and then taper off 2.5 for the last 2 weeks.
Again all comments welcome on this cycle.
I will post pics, but my body is unique and people can tell who I am if I post pics, so I will have to figure out how to do this tactfully.
I do both bodybuilding and cross fit. I am also a bikini competitor.

Posting pictures would be helpful, do not have these men suggest that nude pictures are better either.

You seem very active, have you tired to adjust your diet first?

Can you post your current diet in detail here so others can review it.

haha no one gets the n00ds ;)
Btw I am 5'1 and 100 lbs
Diet:
5 meals a day. 6 oz chicken + veggies.
Simple carbs after my workout. pretty simple...
One cheat day- all meals carbs + protein

Workouts:
1 bodypart a day plus my crossfit WOD everyday. I'll be honest- I've been ignoring chest. I will have to incorporate that. I so desperately need a boob job...

Yea...if you don't know the details of your diet - Marcos, calories...then start one and I believe many folks use Myfitnesspal to log them.

Diet is important to cutting up and in many cases, drugs are not needed to achieve a leaner look.

Hello Godess xo
Age:30
Height 5'1 around 100-105 lbs (depends on sodium and water retention)
Measurements: 32 - 23- 38
Currently for Training I am using is basically Shortcut to shred by Jim Stopanni which is a cutting program.
My crossfit: I am not trying to break PRs currently, just the simple bar at 45 lbs with high reps. Kinda HIIT.
Not gonna lie, my diet has been shaky with my emotional moodswings, but here on it will be what I posted above or even intermittent fasting. I want to see results FAST. I know people will disagree with this, but this is due to a personal commitment I have. I might stop after 1 cycle if I see the results I want. Lets see...:) I ll post pic soon........

I completely agree. Everything goes down without a diet no matter how much I work out. Ideally I should be at 1500 cals per day - 70% protein, 20% fat and 10% carbs. But its been haywire. Ill use myfitness pal. thanks xx

PS:I have real trouble drinking water,Lots of water retention already and my love for HOT sauce doesnt help.
So I know I have to as it is up my water with the var. Ill be monitoring water diligently as well.

I personally think that your diet needs to be adjusted first before you add anything. Easy way to do it is incorporate good fats and fibrous/complex carbs but those percentages are very unmanageable. Your body needs good fats and carbs...you just need to decide what you respond better to... carbs or fats. Those numbers need to change. After we reach 30 and above, I find most women respond better to higher fats...so even if you adjust that, you may find your body working more efficiently. Right now, your set up doesn't give your body enough energy... try lowering the proteins to 40-50% then up your good fats and let your body use it as energy. .. or use the carbs, but not simple carbs. Stay away from those and starchy ones. Stick to green veggies, oatmeal and maybe some sweet potatoes or little rice. Then do that for couple weeks and see how your body is.... you can also alternate between high fat and low carb then low fat high carb days depending what you're working on at the gym.

And yes, fitness pal is a great tool.

I don't really think you are ready for var yet... not till your diet is down to a routine along with your training and cardio... and water intake.

Var isn't a quick fix. Without the proper basics, it won't do anything but leave you disappointed. And 6 weeks, IMO is not long enough...my personal minimum is 8 weeks for beginners with solid base of diet and training in place.

I definitely respond better to fats. You are right, I need to increase fat. The diet I mentioned was competition diet, completely unsustainable.

Alternate between high fat and low carb then low-fat high carb days : Also a great idea- kinda like carb recycling.

Let's see how it goes. I really did think it would be quick. oops. But 8 weeks isn't bad. I can deal with that.

I am getting everything on point this week, so by the time I receive it I'll be ready!

Thank you, Really appreciate your input! @GearGodess

Yes competition diet days leading to it is totally different than one for longer term cutting. Try this... but don't touch the var... for the next 14 days do low carb and high fat to reset your body... then do a carb loading day and the following day, check in and tell me where you're at... and how you feel. Then we see what to do next... think of it as a little test in recomp of your current state. Let's see what changes you can make in the next 2 weeks. Then we can adjust it and continue it for another 6-8 weeks without var... then check in again with progress.

We need diet and training on point first.

And truthfully, once you get closer to the look you want, Var will be complimentary. Right now it will be counter productive IMO

Ok guys finally got my gear
My diet and workout routines are now in check. I want to do a two week cut before starting var
So I'm using Clen (40) + T3 (25)

Good luck with your cycle misshourglass. Increase the intensity, volume and weights during your run whether it be 6 weeks or 8.

@Wendylifts should be your inspiration. She began her anavar cycle in good shape as I suspect you will. I'm guessing you are similar builds with Wendy being just a bit taller and heavier.

She trained hard and heavy, kept her diet on point and greatly improved her strength and her body composition. Right now off cycle she could likely compete very successfully as either a figure competitor or a powerlifter. At 49 she is awesome. My advice is to read both of her logs start to finish and pm her if you have any questions.

I would wait a few weeks longer with the var and cycle the clen and T3. 40mcg for clen that quite high, start low... actually for both. Try 10mg clen first day to assess your tolerance then 20mcg the next day if all good. Clen is pretty powerful and full of sides. Stay on for 2 weeks then off 2 weeks. Do that twice. For a total of 6 weeks.

As for t3, start with 12.5mcg for 5 days then taper up to 25mcg for 5 days then 37.5mcg 5 days... then 50mcg...stay there for 10 days and taper back down the same way... you shouldn't need to go more. This will give you around 6 weeks so you run it continuously where clen you'll have 2 weeks off in between.

This set up works well imo plus doesn't give your body too much of a rebound. Given your training, cardio and diet is 100% on point for your goals. Does that make sense?

I started at 40 because it was the lowest and I was going based off a chart I found online. I did not have any side effects, besides good sweat and some strength. I should have consulted here before. Thank you for your input @GearGodess

I did not take the T3 on day 2 because I've been doing research and it is catabolic. Not to mention it will mess up my TSH. I have to think about T3 before adding again.

I'm currently doing Clen 2 days on 2 days off. I know 2 weeks is ideal but I am going to Vegas this weekend and doing want to be concominantly on two things at once.

After returning ill do a liver detox and restart.

I want to start with var + Clen when I'm back.

Any suggestions how I could cycle this

Also my competiton is 6 weeks out. So I have no option but to start var now.

I am still hesitating posting pics because of my profession/social media popularity and anonymity reasons. I ll really have to think how to do this. It is very easy to tell who I am looking at my body.
