First anavar only cycle

I started at 40 because it was the lowest and I was going based off a chart I found online. I did not have any side effects, besides good sweat and some strength. I should have consulted here before. Thank you for your input @GearGodess

I did not take the T3 on day 2 because I've been doing research and it is catabolic. Not to mention it will mess up my TSH. I have to think about T3 before adding again.

I'm currently doing Clen 2 days on 2 days off. I know 2 weeks is ideal but I am going to Vegas this weekend and doing want to be concominantly on two things at once.

After returning ill do a liver detox and restart.

I want to start with var + Clen when I'm back.

Any suggestions how I could cycle this

Also my competiton is 6 weeks out. So I have no option but to start var now.

T3 manipulates your thyroid. So if you aren't comfortable with it then don't use it. But it can be used safely with great success.

I'm still going to repeat this... given your stats - especially bottom heavy, adding var will only make you thicker. I would adjust your diet and training and of course the intensity of it along with cardio. That is your best bet to success at this point. I don't think you are ready and you may be expecting miracles in a very short period of time. You could find yourself disappointed. Diet, cardio and training... based on the pic, you can definitely increase intensity of your workouts. Don't be afraid of the weight.
 
I totally understand @GearGodess but now that I have decided I am going to give it a shot. I just want to experience it first, don't mind wasting gear etc.

This is the protocol someone suggested on another forum and I am going to follow this:


Easy cycle is 10 mg ED (split in 1/2 - am & pm - ref: anavar half-life = 9 hrs), for 5 weeks. Will still take 10-15 days to "show itself".
- Optimally start at 5 mg ED (split as above) for first 10 days to ensure you aren't getting any bad sides / your stuff is real / your stuff is not overdosed /your stuff is what you think it is. Then if OK, up to 10 mg as above.

Also watch if you notice you are retaining water on it - some people do. If yes. then drop it 10 days out from your show so it will clear your system and doesn't affect your water depletion protocol.

Clen - 2 weeks on / 2 off cycle
- start at 20 mcg in AM
- if no sides, do 20 mcg in PM (where sides = shakes, stress headache, etc), else if sides, don't do 20 mcg in PM
- if no sides next day 40 mcg in AM, else if sides, stay at 20 mcg
- repeat 20 mcg in PM

-- increase by increments of 20 mcg in AM & PM (no later than 3 pm as it can affect your quality of sleep) of each day as you are ablefor 2 weeks. More is not better so no reason to push it.

Then after 2 weeks, stop, use your fav OTC thermo during the off 2 weeks.

Next 2 weeks, repeat above -start low, work your way up.

Supps:
- include probiotics / acidophilus w/ the var- any AAS can promote yeast infections / vaginosis.
- w/ clen, include l-taurine to help reduce cramping - clen inhibits l-taurine in your body and will cause cramping, which sucks. Drink lots of water.

If you can't sleep, you can use benedryl to help.

If you get nasty sides from the clen, just don't use it and use an OTC thermo. Its important that if you are getting lots of shakes, tension headaches and it affects your sleep, better to just not use it. What you might lose from using it, you may gain back from impact of increased cortisol from stress, poor sleep, etc.
 
Got a belly piercing. I am now down 5 lbs since I started Clen. Ofcoursee water weight.
Appetite is suppressed and diet is perfect, because I don't get cravings anymore.

I still don't feel as strong as they say I should. But did that workout kill me. Yes. It was an HIIT workout in circuits

You're too early into your cycle... it doesn't all happen after a day or two. Lol... it's no magic potion.

Absolutely not magic. I do admire all athletes whether or not on gear because it takes as much dedication with diet cardio routine.

I got a coach yesterday he has my diet down to the T. He has me on a rigorous workout. However he does not know about my cycle... Do I need to tell him?
 
week 1: Day 4:
Woke up sore and muscles feel tight.

Day 3
My workout yesterday:
Circuit of Squats, Hamstring curls, weighted reverse lunges, leg press, deadlifts, quad extension- Reps of 20 each - 3 rounds.

I upped my var to 20 yesterday. I know this is a brave move, but I did a lot of research and consulted someone. Since I only have a few weeks to my competition- I am not pre dosing at 5 mg like some do because that takes way longer to kick in. I have an extensive medical background- so this is different I can monitor myself- discontinue/lower safely if need be, etc. Plus I am only cycling for 5 weeks as opposed to 8.

Clen yesterday: 100
T3: 80

I dont get sides anymore from Clen + T3.

Lots of other supplements:

Taurine
LCARNITINE
BCAAs
whey
glucosamine

Diet: Intermittent fasting starting today. Fast till before gym. Whey protein an hour before thats it. And eat rest of my macros after training.
 
Ofcourse cla and fish oil
Diet is usually fish chicken and vegetables.
Forgot to add cardio info:
Currently 90 mins fasted. Spin/HIIT/elliptical combination
60 mins after training LISS
I know this is a lot of cardio but I need it, plus I m counting on var to hold my muscle. And id rather do more cardio now than have to panic and add more a couple weeks before because that leaves you with no option incase you do get flat.
