First Blast

“What’s the best first blast for me to look 100% natty?”

Seriously though, I’d highly recommend 15g to 20g creatine per day. Make sure not to take it all at once.

Not what I mean. Just more like not fucking bodybuilder like stage big. What I mean is like a more lean, peeled look. Obviously I want the blast to put on a shit ton of muscle. Also, would like to choose compounds I get the most out of with the lesser of damage to my health.
 
Creatine + Eaa's - when I was Natty

- I actually looked better and more aesthetic than some of the juiceheads I trained with, but they could not train at all, so I had to lead all the workouts... Screaming my ass of at them...... It's enough, it's enough, one of them always complained...

But I can't help you, have always had to big arms to be aesthetic...
