Honestly, it's the smartest approach. Test-only should always be a first blast. It's bioidentical so your body knows how to handle it. A smart way to do it would be to up the dose to 300 mg/wk for 4 weeks and ride that dose till you hit a plateau. Try upping the your calorie intake and if that doesn't push you over then up your dose to 400 mg/wk and continue on like that until your bloodwork starts to falter.

You can then decide to end the cycle or ride it out for a few more weeks and pull new bloods. If you're red lining I'd abort but it really depends on the situation. Might be simple as giving blood and get right back in the saddle again. The many variables in this hobby are why learning 1 compound at a time is highly recommended. Every one reacts differently.
 
Still though, in a few months when I’m finished with my cut. What is an optimal bulk stack (with minimal health damage)
If you cut, lose Kcals, if you want to bulk, up your Kcals.

Bulk stack cycle blast, forget about it if you do not understand the basics !

Try Yohimbine with fasted cardio, or take some caffein tabs to support your cut
 
Now you're getting it. If you're already on TRT, stay at a TRT dose (no more than 200 mg/wk). GLP-1, maybe some GH, fat burners, daily fasted cardio and proper diet will get you to your goal weight.

Then we can talk steroid cycles.
When you say fat burners what exactly are those? Other than clen cause from what I’ve learned that shit is hella toxic.

At 6" 190 (or is it 170?) your muscles should be popping already. Im same height, 200lbs and when I got to around 210 you could already see my abs and I had muscle definition everywhere else. Im no body builder but I do look athletic. I was 280 2 years ago and im much older than you are and had no roids or anything until this year but my weight didnt change. At 200lbs you can see a 6 pack easily and a lot more definition.

If you cannot see your muscles, then your weight loss likely resulted in lost muscle which brings diet and exercise into question unless you are doing it for another purpose...

According to your 1st post, "aesthetic physique without looking too huge or freakish" and reach "150lbs" and you are trying to avoid harsh roids while sticking to stuff like Anavar... Im not judging you nor putting you down, nor am I trying to humiliate you, but this sounds like you are transitioning male to female? Without "big" muscles and at that height and weight, and while taking low androgen roids, you will basically have an athletic-like female frame and would be ready for hips/breast augmentation. Its ok if thats the case, just say so, this is all anonymous anyway. But if that is the case, it would be a very different protocol than what male body builders would do. You would want to keep Test under control, and use less androgenous roids like Anavar or Primo and possibly Masteron, or Winstrol. You can still take more androgenous roids, but at lower dosage. For instance, plenty of women take Tren and at low dosage, sides are reduced.

Well I’m currently 190. My muscles definitely
pop, I got shoulder striation, lightly visible abs, vascularity, etc. I just want to put myself at 10-12 percent body fat so I’m at a good foundation for a long lean bulk with a good blast. I get what you’re saying about the way I plan on building a physique, my views have changed a bit. I have done tren and am not opposed to it, but want to be more educated and more conscious of my health this time. I wanna look peeled and look like I’m on gear. I see a lot of people run gear and look natty. I’m not trying to go that route. I got a good diet and training regime. I’d say I built more naturally on my cut than I’ve seen natties build on their bulk. That could be due to the fact I started at high body fat, I don’t know I’m not an expert. I just wanna be more educated on compounds like what is for cutting season, what’s for bulking, what exactly the effects are on my physique, the risk factors, stuff like that.

Fair enough. I can tell you that without gear, despite being far stronger and faster than while on gear, I looked very different. I looked more "full", more like a power lifter than a body builder. It never bothered me so I didnt care. But right now, after just 2 cycles, I have definition that I had not seen before. My muscles look far more defined even though I am heavier, weaker and slower than a I was when I was young. So in my experience, you are right, going natty is probably not going to give that dramatic of an aesthetic unless you have extremely low BF which is also not easy without meds/gear. Roids definitely impacted that a lot for me even in a short amount of time. Hell ive only done tren one cycle in low doses and damn...

Look health is not a factor of what you take but how it impacts you. No two people will react the same so in other words, the reason people might be frustrated with your post, is because there is no way for anyone to answer your question accurately. You have to try it to see. Some people have zero sides from tren while others go bananas. In my case, tren does nothing but you know what does? Anavar. Anavar makes me shed hair like a dog in summer. Its horrible. But Tren does nothing. Nor does Test, Deca, NPP or Primo.

So you wont know till you try. As for damage, there are consequences to waking up in the morning and breathing. By being alive, you are dying every day. Thats the human condition. So its not a question of whether or not these do damage, they do, its about what you think is tolerable. For most around here, they will pull bloods to make this determination. Lipids, metabolic, E2, thyroid stuff, apoB, etc. If these look good, and they dont get crazy sides like hair falling out, or mental impact, or sleep impact, then they define the risk as acceptable. There is no way anyone can tell you how you will react. Start slow, work up, pull bloods, re-assess.

Also saying something like "without looking too huge or freakish" is silly. Do you really think you are going to wake up and suddenly look like Arnold? Come on man. I dont care what you take, that wont happen without years of training. You can stop any time you want.
