first brew and pined, feels good so far 1ml@250-300mg test cyp, a little pain on day2 likei was charley horsed in the but cheek, haven't had that yet my first cycle was way underdosed and everyone I talk to says its normal, anything extra I could have done to not get the day after pain or is it "normal?'

PIP is normal the day after. You will experience less pain later in the cycle and especially if you run multiple cycles a year. But if you brew/filter it incorrectly, the PIP will be present through the whole cycle most likely.

It's normal to have PIP even with nicely made homebrew, however the pip would be much smaller compared with most of UGL oils.
I really feel this with TEST.P, because my hb TEST.P pip almost doesn't exist and UGL's gives me 1-2day pip.
I think it's because of the BA/BB content of the oil. I only use 1%BA/15%BB when I'm making 100mg/ml.

is the bb and ba what causes the pain? I ran 20%bb and 1.4%ba I want to get it as smooth as I can

It's usually high BA % that causes the pip. 1.4% is a little high but not crazy you should never have to go over 2% BA IMO. I've never brewed cyp but for test p at 100 ml I use 1% BA 18% bb and for test e at 250ml I use 1% BA and 5% bb.

The pip you're experiencing is probably form you not being use to injecting. It will probably get less painful as you go.
