Im no Vet but everyone on the board seem to say about 500-600.
This is what I did this winter but I also did 1/2 aromidex a day which stopped any nipple soreness that I've had in the past and I didnt seem to gain any water/bloat.

drop either the eq or primo. drop the oman.

1-10 500mg cyp
1-10 400mg either eq or primo
8-12 50mg winny ed

clen t-3 could be different but it works.

dont forget pct and anti-e's.

I will stay only with 500 cyp.

I have lots nolva, clomid only 20 tabs, HCG 2x 5000 Iu, proscar
I did 1.5 g omna with 1 tab clomid and 1 tab arimidex all the way , no side effects, just little hair lost, so I think that 500 mg cyp can't do nothing to me.

I'm right??
