First cycle, advice appreciated

Hi there, longtime lurker first time to poster.
Planning to go for my first cycle and need confirmation on dosage/schedule, stats are
39 years old, 168lbs, 6ft
I am new to steroids but not the gym, currently lean from cardio which is mainly boxing and my goal is to bulk as much as possible on my first cycle with a good diet plan. What I am planning on is 12 weeks of
600mg Test E week 1 to 12
500 Deca d week 1 to 10
50mg a day Anadrol week 1 to 4
Start PCT two weeks after, I am thinking clomid 50mg
I am a very really hard gainer so I am devising a caloric surplus plan to go along with the cycle. Any help on the dosage schedule is appreciated. Thanks and stay healthy.
 
Personally i don't see the need to use so much for your first cycle. I mean if you really want to kick start then i guess the anadrol is fine but i personally wouldn't run the deca. See how it goes with just test and the anadrol kick start. Just my opinion.

You are very small naturally and have plenty of room to grow. Really pay attention to your diet. Eat 7-8 times a day, log your meals, drink tons of water, and take your vitamins/supplements.

As far as the cycle goes, I would drop the Deca completely. You don't need it for your first cycle. I would lose the Anadrol too. Go research "Michael Scalley's PCT". It's the best PCT protocol IMO. I hope this begins to help.
 
I agree with everyone above. Your receptors are virgins and ready to go. Run the Test/deca/drol on about your 3rd cycle.

wks 1-10: Test-E or C
wks 2-10: HCG, 2x per week, Mon & Thurs
wait out weeks 11-13 for Test to taper out
wks 14-16or17: Start PCT and run 3 or 4 weeks

I hate to best a dead horse here, but that is way too much gear for a first cycle. You'll be plenty satisfied with a simple test cycle. If you really feel the need you can run the drol the first 4 weeks or so just as a kick start, but you really don't need it. Good luck man, your going to love your first cycle.
 
If you want to put on mass you need to eat to gain a little weight each week. Not a lot just a few pounds a week..............
 
Ok I successfully read enough posts/articles that I managed to confuse myself :confused:, I already placed the order for the gear which is Test E, Nolva and Letrozole (a good UGL was running a 2 for 1 and I couldn’t resist ordering prematurely lol )
Anyway could someone knock some sense into me with regards to running a successful bulking first cycle, how about the following?
600mg Test E week 1 to 12
0.5mg Letrozole twice a week 1 to 12
PCT Nolva
Week 14-15 40mg everyday
Week 16-17 20mg everyday

500mg test E would be best for your first cycle. 0.25-0.5mg letro EOD would be ideal, instead of twice a week.
start PCT week 15, and do 40/40/20/20mg

next, for a successful bulking cycle, you must log what you eat. eat 1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight as the bare minimum. on a bulking cycle, you're gonna be eating chicken and beef all bloody day, split up into 6-8 meals. Let me ask you this: are you prepared to cook that much food, let alone eat it?

my advice is before you start AAS, eat like you're ON cycle, and do it for a month at least. get used to eating big. most people waste their first cycles because they don't eat big. I can guarantee you that you will bulk up like this even without gear. If you don't, you're not eating enough. aim for 3000 calories per day, and if you're not gaining, increase by 500calories everyday till you start gaining.

I say again: LOG your food intake. many people are shocked at how little they actually eat, when they review their logs.
 
Thank you very much, this helps a lot. I have been increasing my calories and protein intake along with training gradually for the past 2 months and I put on 6 lbs since. Log idea is perfect and I will start doing so now before I start any AAS. Thanks again
 
Ok so first one ever and I picked the vastus lateralis or outer quad, all good but how in the hell do you guys aspirate? I tried like hell! Is it even possible at this site? Or aspirations only works if you actually hit a vain?

Oh well, very little discomfort so far hopefully stays that way. On another note, I was planning on letro eod but ordered and received Aromasin when should I start taking it, on day one or wait few days? Thanks in advance.

Two days after my first pin in the outer quad and I am having hard time walking from the pain.

I feel like there is a rock three inches below the injection point, today is a leg day but that not going to happen. Something I did wrong? Is it going to be like this each time or the body gets used to it after a while?
