First Cycle Advice

I know the First recommended cycle, it's Test E only, But was wondering if this would work. Going for a lean bulk, then a cut at the end?

Stats
24 yrs
6'2 215lbs
Lift 6/7 days out of the week, work out intermediate fasting every day for the past 2 years.

[*] Test E 500mg/Week 1-12 (The standard first cycle recommendation is 500mg of Testosterone for 10-12 weeks) Or Do (1-15 Week)
[*] Anavar 50mg ED/Week 6-12 (Or Do 9-15)
[*] Pct Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 Clomid 100/100/50/50 /\Week 13-17
[*] Adex OR Aromasin AI EOD (Aromasin starts with 12.5mg after a week, or Adex.5 after first week. With Blood Before, Week 6, and End)

[*] As for Cycle support I was thinking The following
- Liv 52 - (52mg)
- Milk Thistle (The classic liver protection herb. Supposedly works by blocking the entrance of harmful substances to liver cells, and hastening their expulsion.)
- R ALA (A powerful antioxidant)
- NAC (Supports liver function and production of l-glutathione)
- Vitamin C and E (Antioxidants)
- LOADS of water (Helps to flush out your entire system.)

LIPID PROTECTION
In case my LDL/HDL profiles are outside of the normal range.
- Flax Oil (Consuming lots of essential fatty acids promote overall health, as well as helping to keep your lipid profile from becoming too bad.)
- Policosano (Used at 20mg daily to keep your HDL (good cholesterol) levels from crashing, and your LDL from becoming too high.)
- Niacin (Preferably the flush free variety. If you wish, niacin can be used in 1-2g ED for a short period post-cycle to normalize HDL levels. Do not use for more than 7-14 days, as liver toxicity can be an issue when using those dosages of niacin for long periods of time.)

and...as a general rule of thumb seems to work better to give your body time to adjust to the weight and solidify your new mass. Cutting at the end of your first cycle right before you go into PCT sounds like a terrible idea imo. I would just keep eating big throughout and see where you are at after PCT.

If you mean how many calories, during the cycle I was planning on
Basic Metabolic Rate:
66 + (6.3 x weight in pounds) + (12.9 x height in inches) - (6.8 x age in years)
66 + (6.3X215) + (12.9 x 74) – (6.8 x 24) = 2,211.9 x 1.55 ( since I have a desk job/ get to walk around a bit)

3428 Calories per day or up it to 4,000
400p 300c 100f around that

Looks good. Nice to see someone paying attention to what's really important.
 
What is your current BF? Your posted BMR seems a bit high to me.

Having said that, i recommend you focus on a BULK. Youre 6'2" and only 215lbs. Youre obviously lean like me. But if your plan is to cut, you definitely should bulk FIRST. Then carry that weight for awhile and allow your body to adjust and enough time for you to adjust your diet to meet your new caloric needs.

Then consider a cut.

Swap out the Var for Dbol. Run the Aromasin every day regardless of how much you use - VERY short half life. Drop your clomid down to 50-75mg per day first two weeks. Forget the Milk Thistle, you might as well eat grass. Use the NAC or Liv 52. Better yet, pick up some TUDCA or UDCA for liver support.

Overall, good job brother.

Thanks guys, my weight/bf scale says I am at about 17%, but would be dropping down to about 200 14-15% bf before cycle. Then back up with the lean bulk, I might get some Pharacom Anastrazolos (armidex) since it comes with one of my orders. should I dosage it to (0.5) - (1 mg) a day. and I might consider your TUDCA or UDCA recommendations, thanks.
 
Fuck var. my buddy is doing this exact cycle (he's 21) but expect var he's running anadrol 50mg for 6 weeks. Great results so far size and strength. Ppl never recommend orals first cycle anyway but even running test alone you're going to expect some SIDE EFFECTS, that's common when taking steroids Lol.

I do shit most guys cringe at but even I don't run Drol 6 weeks...shit makes my hair fall out like crazy.
 
Another thing, lean bulking means staying lean and nothing else. Running var doesn't do that its all about keeping your diet on point. Track your calories on an app and make sure you eat in a small caloric surplus (200-300) above your maintenance caloric intake. Along with your cycle you will make good solid lean gains. I mean you could honestly gain a good 25lbs and stay lean if you keep the surplus small. Running var won't make you any leaner than running anadrol, var is just a mild drug which women use.
