not 100% of the tissue cells but the gland itself can be fully removed. But most surgeons leave some gland behind right under the nipple so the nipple wont cave in, but surgeons have other option to reduce that possibility, but you need a capable surgeon, that specialize in gyno surgery not an "allround surgeon".

wow thats crazy, did you inform him that it came back? i had 3 surgeries, last time it was for scar tissue and it felt the same as gyno though..

Ya, I let him know. I gotta go back to have him look at it again. Hopefully he’ll revise it. I would also think it’s just scar tissue but it’s aggravated by and painful when I adjust my test dose or throw anything else into the mix. I am all too familiar with gyno pain and sensitivity

Absolutely. Pain is not bad at all and you can be back in the gym in 2-3 weeks (going slow to start)

Now all I have to do is find a good surgeon that knows how to do a proper mastectomy, with the lyposuction as well.

I think local is always cheapest, because traveling costs and a stay for a few days in a different country will add to the cost significantly.

Indeed, but I very much doubt there is not one such surgeon locally, or at the very least at the national level.
I am still at the research level, there are quite a lot of private clinics that offer the service at quite high prices, but none seem to do lypo as well, none seems to have experience with bodybuilders (in such cases where nipple caving in is not a great idea, or making sure the entire glad is removed, as you mentioned, since if it's not removed, the gyno will come back from gear), plus, general anesthesia, meh, as far as I know is not required, sedation plus local seems to be a better option.

if you get a collapsed nipple i guess you could shoot a high density HA filler behind it.

Yes, but better none of those, right ? Which is why I want to find somebody competent and with some experience, or that at the very least knows the theory.

Amyone got in experience with surgeons in th eu? I'm in uk . nut need double gland removal albeit i'm controlling it wwith ralox. Just need to take the bull by the horns so i can move forward with flare ups ( bad ones ) when on cycle especially with 19nors.

I bought a vial of Aqualyx online(deoxycholic acid) and injected .2ml at 4 locations around each nipple after seeing the same procotol from a friend (who posted his success in another community). Nipples look amazing, removed all the fat in the area, and you can't even notice the tiny bit of glandular tissue left over.

Not really. Raloxifene will shrink it as far as it’s gonna go, mostly if you take it soon after appearance. Otherwise you need surgery.

Not that I know of, except surgery. Sure, it can be reduced, but to remove it forever nothing but surgery.
