Steroids, Gynecomastia and Gyno Surgery

Is it truly impossible for it to come back if they get ALL of it out? Reason I ask is I’ve had “the whole thing removed” and it still came back both sides. Either the doc did a poor job on both sides or it’s not truly 100% not able to come back

not 100% of the tissue cells but the gland itself can be fully removed. But most surgeons leave some gland behind right under the nipple so the nipple wont cave in, but surgeons have other option to reduce that possibility, but you need a capable surgeon, that specialize in gyno surgery not an "allround surgeon".
