First cycle after lockdown, looking for critique

Hi everyone,

Its me again and I just wanted to let everyone know that I am about to start my cycle next week and I am looking for some opinions on how I can improve my gains.

Background: Have blasted most of the popular roids for 2-3 years now and stopped lifting/cycling altogether when lockdown happened. It has been 1.5 years now since I have taken my last roid and been inside the gym.

Cycle:
Week 1-10 Test E 500mg
Week 10-20 Test E 750mg
Week 20 till cruise slowly titrate down to 150mg per week

Diet: 250g protein with 500kcal surplus every day.
I will monitor and track my weight each Sunday morning with identical conditions and adjust calories to ensure 500kcal surplus is maintained.

Training program:
PPL 6x Week (Famous reddit PPL linear progression)

Stats: 6'4, 80kg
Keep in mind I am fully shut down and have been this way for the past year due to blasting for years and also did no PCT. I also barely eat now since I don't move at all except work in front of a computer.

Before lockdown:
110kg bodyweight with visible abs
Squat and deadlift both were around 405
Bench 240
Ohp 160

Sorry for using both pounds and kg's here. Its easier to remember my lifts in pounds since 4 plates translates to 405 pounds etc.

Thanks everyone, I welcome all advice. I am hoping to use this cycle to quickly regain all my muscle through muscle memory and my androgen receptor sensitivity(havent taken any in 1.5 years). Once this is over I will shift to using really moderate doses of testosterone for my future blasts and cruises. I pointed this out in an earlier thread about hair loss and I will repeat it here again, I learned my lesson the hard way. The guidance on AAS exists for a reason and I would urge anyone to follow proper guidelines before running any cycle.

Will post pictures later once start cycle and hope to update weekly till the end of my 20 week blast.

I don't really get it... You haven't lifted in a year and a half but you're now going to start lifting again while simultaneously starting a cycle that will transition into a cruise? You're 24?

Honestly, at 6'4 and <180lbs I would suggest you just start lifting again to begin with... And eating again. You lost almost 70lbs... I don't think day 1 in the gym needs to be day 1 of a cycle. Totally backwards approach.

Hey, so I was already blasting and cruising before for 2 years straight and then did no PCT when lockdown started. My testosterone is completely shut down and it would make no sense to lift without injecting(I could be wrong).

I agree day 1 of gym doesnt equal day 1 of cycle but I have already blasted absurd dosages before and am used to it. Also, what should I do with a completely shut down test production if I should not start my cycle at day 1?

Do you have bloodwork proving your test is shut down?

How do you know you're shut down? You don't necessarily need to do a PCT, you could've still recovered naturally after all this time.

This is just a really unusual situation you put yourself in, I still don't get it? Why didn't you PCT? If you were planning to cruise, why didn't you do that?

I'm not trying to give you a hard time, it just doesn't seem like there was any forethought here and you seem like you're about to jump into everything again with very little forethought.

I don't know if I am shut down but I explained it in the reply to @TheGreasyPickle , I am going by feels.

I didn't do PCT because I don't want to come off, my plan was to come back when lockdown was over and go back to blasting. I am dialing back my roids mainly because of hair loss fear, otherwise I tolerate most harsh compounds like tren very well.

I do understand your perspective bro, and no offense taken to being given a hard time. I am here to learn from more experienced people here and want to do it better this time. I will see if I am able to get bloodwork and update it in thread but honestly a part of me just thinks that why go the natty route when I will jump back to cycle soon enough anyway.

My input would be exactly what @Eman said. In addition im curious what what program you were running as if don't understand how you were over 240lbs. Had run the most popular steroids over the course of 3 years and only had a 1x bodyweight bench and barely more than a 1.5x deadlift/squat. I understand you clearly weren't training for strength, however with training for progressive overload, being at a solid bodyweight with the aid of anabolics those weights had the potential to be much higher. At the end of the day mass moves mass.

As for the part where you just said you didn't want to come off. Are you saying you are still on cruise? From reading your replies it sounds like you're shut down from not pcting, but then you're saying you didn't pct because you didn't come off. Are you still injecting or just went off cold turkey?

No I am going by feels here, this is the skinniest I have been and I also hardly get erections. I see your point though, I will certainly get bloodwork done and try to post it here.
1st off get bloodwork and see where your hormone levels are at.
You don't need steroids at this point, you need to eat.
PPL at 6 days a week? You can't recover if you are training intensely.

I second this. You can put a lot of that size back on without running a cycle just by eating and actually going to the gym. Get to the point that you stall out then consider throwing some test in the mix.

At 6’4” 180lbs you should be able to put on 20-30 lbs pretty easily.

And as others have said, get bloodwork done. At 24 I’d be very surprised if you’re actually shut down.

Get blood work. Eat. Eat more. And then eat more. You probably don’t even need test yet… get bulked up to your natural genetic limit and then think about AAS.

Agreed.

I was in a similar place as the OP but I gave it 3 months of dieting and lifting with no extra hormones in my system other than TRT before I ramped up the volume and intensity and I'm glad I did cause otherwise I'd have surely hurt myself. Many would argue that 3 months isn't adequate either before hopping back on.
