26 years old, 6’0 weigh 235 (will try to get back down to 230 before I start) body fat is about 18-19%.
Don’t really max, but when I train heavier, usually Bench 315 x 5-6 for 5 sets, Squat 335 x 5-6 reps (Only been squatting for about a year. Have scoliosis and have been afraid to squat since high school)
Training split will look like this:
Day 1: Chest & Calves
Day 2: Back & Abs
Day 3: Shoulders & Hams
Day 4: Quads & Abs
Day 5: Arms
Rest day coming in after day 2 and day 5.
Typically run two miles to warm up at a 7:30 pace. Thinking about switching this up to just 15 minutes of sprint/jog intervals.
Cycle will be your starter Test only Cycle:
Weeks 1-10: Test E 300mg Mon/Thurs
Weeks 11-13: Nothing
Weeks 14-17: Nolva 25/25/25/25 and Clomid 25/25/25/25 (Going to run two at lower doses instead of higher doses of one or the other, hopefully should reduce sides)
I’ll have Anastrazole on hand for any sides
I got blood work done this week. Everything was normal. My natural test was lower than I expected at 540. Plan on getting bloods done in week 6, unless ya’ll think I should do it sooner? And then again after pct.
My GF will be joining me. Both losing the natty card at the same time.
She’ll just be doing 5mg of Var for 8 weeks, possibly increasing to 10mg split am/pm if she feels alright after week 2.
She is meeting with a nutrition coach. I’m still debating on whether I should do that too or make my own diet plan. Right now, I’m thinking something like 2500 Cals 250P 200C
