Here is a question. I am 40 and have never done a cycle. I have lifted naturally for over 15 years. Recently seeing some decline in areas that have bothered me and think I would like to try 1 cycle to see if it is what I am looking for. Bought the book and have been reading posts on this site for over a year. I have a source but my question is as follows. Would a cycle and PCT for someone my age be any different than what was mentioned in Pheezers sticky? I dont want to re invent the wheel and if that is suffecient then I will work off of cycle #2 or #3. However I am not sure if there is something that needs to added or modified for someone in my age group. Solo was helpful in passing on his advice which was much appreciated. My stats are.

As mentioned I am in excellent health (besides bad tendonitis that is healing) and never done AAS in my life. I know Shredded Wheat is currently on a cycle and I am waiting patiently for his input on how it is going. Thanks in advance for the info.
