First Cycle experiences w/ PICTURES

Ok granted, but you do realise the long term damage AAS can do to your long term health? At 20 your still developing. And is one of the main reasons it's really not advised

So if you're a competitive swimmer, why take a substance that adds weight? Your power to weight ratio drops like a brick.

Either you're a shill or not really smart, what you say doesn't add up. At 20 years old, your lifts don't improve by a fraction over a 10 week period.

I didn't want to go with orals because of the toxicity and I can't afford a hospital stay during season. Also you can't run orals as long. So this seemed like a good option. Acording tof my times it is working

This is true, I don't really plan on doing crazy cycles, mostlyrics just test, may do some eq next year to further increase performance

@guyzcool I remember talking with you a while ago. Did not realism you were 20. I remember saying if it's the difference between being a half second faster than the competition being the difference between 1st and 3rd place, then do it.... but A.) I don't understand the sport of swimming, and B.) I'm not sure you are that high up on the totem pole to where you are basically at your athletic peak.

I can't relate to swimming, but I won state 2 years in a row for track 200m.
Jumping from a 26 second 200 to a 23 second 200 isn't shit. But briNing it from a 22.3 to a 21.19 is pretty fucking awesome, which is what I did my junior year of high school under the guidance of a strength/conditioning coach.
We did a lot of resistance band treadmill work on huge inclines and focused on getting my bodyfat down.
Best way to increase athleticism is increase your muscle to fat ratio.

And get a coach.

Although I'm bottom on my team on speed, I still pull excellent times! Like I started swimming a 23.5 for my 50 free and it's down to a 22.9 which is awesome! As for my 100, I started at a 55.4, I've got it down to a 53.8. So my stuff is helping times a ton!! My coach is super impressed. But the way we train just kills people, and our swim meets are brutal. I'm swimming 5+ events! So the stamina increase and the decrease for recovery time is great. I can keep my times more consistent in my meets

With the pictures I posted I don't think the lighting did me much good. I do look more shredded with natural light. That was taken in my basement!!

Ehhhh lighting isn't going to make a 5%er look like an 11%er.
What were you placing in your swim meets before?

I'm my events there are people who swim 20-21's for the 50, and I've seen a few people swim 49's and 50's on the 100 free. So in a meet in my event I'll take anywhere from 6th place down to 3rd depending on the other teams. Those kids are just too fast man!

Its a lil late regarding PED...
Get yourself a coach. Train smarter and harder.
That's probably what those faster than you are doing.
Spending their money on coaches instead of drugs.

Live and learn.

Maybe I am naive, but don't you get tested on a regular basis? I know kids who compete in college, they get tested all the time. High values of caffeine is not even allowed.

Yes we are tested, in my division there is a slight lack of funding, and we'll my coach enjoys the extra money he gets from his swimmers even if some are PED users. So we get around it, yes I know it's not morally correct, and I know it's not the correct thing to do as a coach but it is what it is.
