First Cycle, info always helps!

Yo brother, thanks for the response! I haven't really been counting the past couple of weeks, Its hard to eat in the morning for me so usually just a protein shake and bar, so around 50 g protein when I start the day. Around noon-2pm I eat 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 cheeseburgers mon-fri, the place I go is right next to my work,, its not fast food, its all flame grilled, but i dont know the stats on the food. When I get off I try to eat, but usually cant get hungry till after my workout. Here is where it gets difficult,, my dad is a chef so i usually eat whatever he cooked and brings me that night. But he's a big time cook, I had 2 steaks last night, a whole can of carrots and peas with 2 bottles of water and a protein shake. But every night differs,, it could be pot roast,, or chicken,, exc.. I snack on almonds throughout the day. I'm off all sweets and haven't had fast food in 2 weeks. My problem is sometimes I really have zero appetite. I hate eating in the AM it makes me feel sick, like im forcing myself to eat. I have a list of things I need to get tonight,, Im stocking up on tuna, chicken, eggs, avocados,, exc.. I have the list at home, but any suggestions would be great! I also have 5 turkeys in the deep freezer lol My goal is to have my morning meal, afternoon meal and midday meal, all planned for 5 week days. For dinner I usually stop by my dads or he brings me food, so that one is a hit or miss i guess,, but how could I not eat his food! lol so that is 4 solid meals a day once I get on track, and I always drink protein before bed, so add up all the little things I ate throughout the day + the 4 meals,, should be a decent intake right?
Wassup Brother! Don't worry about the pinning problems. They get better with time. Sounds like you have the same problems I do in regards to diet. Eating is the hardest part of it. I'm sure the cardio your doing for your tryouts isn't helping along with that " amped" feeling you get from being on cycle. Try and fit in another good shot of protein and carbs in that midmorning time frame and rock on. The fun hasn't even begun on your run! Keep killing it and keep us posted.

Yooo Oldschool! Always good to hear from you! Man I hate cardio lol Im cheating a little bit in that aspect as of now,, I still have a few months till 2 adays and puking on the field! So im prepping my body now to be able to deal with that bs,, coaches want all of us running everyday, but until January its our responsibility. Cool thing is practices are a lot less intense then high school and college ball,, they know we all have day jobs and kids to take care of, so they're pretty good to us! I cant wait for the next few weeks once this kick is 100%, cause it may be placebo right now, but damn I feel good brother! Any ideas on a certain thing I should add in to the morning or noon frame? Maybe some fruit or veggies? Of course brother ill keep this thread alive and updated,, give the new guys something to learn off of too! Leaving work now to get these curls for the girls in! haha Stay heavy brother!

After the Holiday weekend I will PM you and get everything I need and maybe try Carb Cycling with you. I will need to figure everything out according to your stats and lifestyle tho. Just to busy with the Holiday tomorrow and leaving for the vacation home with the family. It's hard to imagine you might not be getting enough food in you right? However, you might be surprised at how little protein, proper carbs, fats and Kals your getting. It's all about the right food at the right time when it comes to carb cycling brother, but you will like the extra energy at the gym once you get used to it. If not, we will get everything worked out for you. Finally, please hit the nutrition thread on MESO as @Oldschool said, along with @Oregongearhead foodie thread.

Thanks brother, it means a lot,, I could always use the advice! Ill try and get all my stuff figured out by the time you pm me so you can have a better idea of what I'm doing on my end. Yo everyone! Sorry for the delay! Holiday season is crazy! Little update,, everything was going almost perfect. Got the pinning down right, fixed my diet up real nice, routine was bulletproof, and then, yes there it is, the dreaded "and then" , I partially tore my rotator cuff.. :( So Ive been rehabbing it for almost 2 weeks now and It looks like this is going to be lasting a little longer.. I had to jump ship and post early cause I dont want to fuck anything up. I have a pretty decent plan for when my shoulder is 100%,, but any suggestions would be appreciated! It is a very, very depressing thing to have worked so hard, got this far, and then have some small little bitch ass injury take me out... It's all good though. I have some really good people who keep me going, so to everyone out there who follows this post, thank you all! Meso is literally, the best. I hope everyone has happy holidays and stays safe! Don't over do it! God speed my Muscular friends! (:
 
8 weeks turns into 10 weeks then 16 weeks next thing your 25 and still Goin lol hope you don't gave an addictive personality and a big bank account
