First cycle late posting log, pics inside

Little late starting my log, but here goes. Started 500mg test enan/week on 8-13-15. Little over two weeks in, nothing crazy yet. Gonna hold off on source until I feel I know everything is good. Currently weighing 204lbs. Been in the gym 10+ years give or take some time off from non lifting injuries and other life events. Hoping to make some good progress on my first go round. Spent half my life trying man, had gyno when I went through puberty and they said it would go away on its own but it never completely did. I used to be insecure about it but these days I don't stress it as much, just don't feel its worth surgery that insurance won't cover at this point. I've got my ai in line and nolva on hand if anything starts to get worse during cycle.
 
Exactly 19 days in today. Just recovered from what I believe to have been a case of Test Flu. Girlfriend pinned my glute Thursday for me and next day started getting sick. Achey body, light cough, low fever. Injection site swole up a little , could have been her being a little nervous pinning for me , had me a lil worried about infection but it never felt hot or got red. Felt like complete ass Sunday , didn't even finish my leg day which I've never done before. Took Monday off, felt completely better today and killed chest and tris. Worked up to 325 2x2 bench press which was a PR for me. Getting some shoulder vascularity I've never had before. I do believe I'm getting some early effects of elevated test levels. Anyway, long post, but I work a lot so time to update is rare. Try to pack as much in as possible.

Tldr: 19 days in, all signs point to a good start for my cycle so far
 
Pinned right glute again yesterday, hurt like a bitch. Time to learn quads I guess. In better news, pr'd my clean and press today. 255lbs 2x1. Weight sitting around 206.5. At day 22 now so would like to start upping calories a little around 28 days, and blood work soon to follow. How soon would be too soon? I'm setting prs and gained a small amount of weight but I'm a worrier and still have days where I get concerned my gear could be under dosed or bunk. Probably just paranoia but the bloods will tell all.

Same bro, fucking looking back I am pissed the doc didn't know shit. My cousin had same issue but a good doc and they addressed it--he looks great. I got tits--even natty people talk shit and assume I am running huge amounts of gear and don't know how to do it right. But to myself I really don't think I look bad and that is what matters so I am not going to go paying big money and getting cut up unless it starts to matter to me.

Don't worry about your gear being underdosed/overdosed right now. You have to get blood work done first. Then adjust dosage accordingly.

Did you get pre cycle bloodwork done? It's important to do pre, during, and post bloodwork...

What type of AI's your using? How is your pct planned out?

Got adex 1mg, been taking .5 e3d and feeling fine, no issues so far with sides or libido. Nolva for pct, standard protocol , starting 14 days after last pin and run 40 mg ed for two weeks then 20 mg ed for two weeks. Probably catch hell for this but I didn't do pre bloods. Had two physicals and blood work done in the past six months before starting cycle due to jobs, just didn't get any hormone levels. Lipids and everything else was all in the very healthy range. Plan on getting both my mid and post cycle bloods.
 
Day 27. PR on clean and press again. 265lbs. All my gains have been on that and bench it seems. Squats and deads haven't improved much at this time but hopefully that comes BC I'm big on keeping a balance between my lifts. It does seem like I'm getting small strength gains so I'm starting to think the test is indeed good. Just ready for some physical changes, but I'm being patient. No negative sides that I've noted at this time. If this is how I handle test alone I look forward to trying other compounds in future cycles.

If you're asking how soon is to soon to up the cals then I say no such thing. Time to pack away the calories my man you only get one shot at first cycle gains- there's nothing else like em.

How much of a surplus are you at now and what are your macros like? Any questions on diet just fire away.

Or maybe you were asking about bloods and this entire post is irrelevant. Either way, let's do work bro I'm following along.
 
Eat eat eat eat eat eat eat eat eat eat. 5000 calories a day. Eat till you're full and then keep eating. It doesn't matter how much gear you run or how hard you train if you're not in calorie excess you won't gain. If your running gear and your killing it at the gym and your eating big your metabolism will skyrocket. 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight and high calorie. I've been lifting and running gear for 20+ years and I've never hit 200lbs. I hit 200 2 day ago for the first time ever. The difference this time...5000 calories a day. Stronger than I've ever been as well. I started a log and I was told eat more, eat more, eat more. I've packed on 10 pounds and I'm 5 weeks into a 12 week cycle and my waist size is the same as when I started. I didn't mean to hijack your thread but I feel this is very important.

Diet and sleep could definitely be my biggest hurdles this cycle, and I know that sucks but its life. I'm an ironworker/fabricator and work 50-60 hours a week plus close to two hours in the gym 4-5 days a week sometimes more. I feel like I'm going to have to really dirtyy diet to hit those kinds of calories, and I'm not the cleanest eater even now. I hover close to 3000-3500 cal a day, 200g protein. I've been a little less conservative with the carbs lately in an attempt to let calories rise but I feel I'm not the leanest guy in the first place so I hesitate to just eat anything and everything like some guys I know do

I drink 1 gallon of 2% milk every day without fail. That's 2080 calories a day right there.
 
Good ole G.o.m.a.d. haven't thought about that in a long time. Definitely will keep it in mind. The macro ratio on milk is pretty good for muscle gain as well if I remember correctly.

Probably a rookie move guys, but I'm on my fifth week and I'm just really starting to feel like this shit is bunk. I've just not felt anything that feels "unnatural" at this point. I didn't have crazy expectations either. I know its just 500 mg test a week and plenty of my friends and family have ran that and more gear before and have said "test is just test" nothing mind blowing. I just feel I've made no significant progress that warrants the time money or risk. Got the gear through someone, but the lab is medlab anabolics. Not just medlab, but medlab anabolics. I say that BC I've found two different sites for that name, and the only reviews I can find for the one I'm using are Eroids reviews. Makes me skeptical. I have a pic of the vials if anyone is interested. Any advice here appreciated. I know the only thing thatll ease mind at this point.is.blood work but I really wanted to stick out for 6 weeks.
