First cycle late posting log, pics inside

Well, bad news. Pulled a 530 lb deadlift yesterday morning for a 5 lb PR. Than last night at a ninja warrior style obstacle course I dislocated my shoulder doing the curved wall obstacle. Not real sure what went wrong. I relocated it myself when I propped my arm on a ledge to rest it. Kinda just popped in on its own, but its got very little range of motion without pain today, feels unstable. Not sure how to proceed forward. I'm gonna give it a few days without lifting at all and then see if i can possibly return to gym and continue doing lower body work at least.
 
I believe it is. I didn't really "relocate" it, it sort of just went back into place on its own when I put it in that position.
And thanks, really not a good time for an injury but that's life, just roll with it and I'll come back as strong or stronger usually
 
Managed to work some legs and arms tonight. Everything seemed fine and had a pretty good workout. Shoulder seems to be healing quickly, but will probably avoid overhead and pressing movements a while longer to be safe. Also first pin of week 5 today, or 35 days since my first pin. Blood work coming in the next week or so, whenever I get the chance most likely.
 
Same bro, fucking looking back I am pissed the doc didn't know shit. My cousin had same issue but a good doc and they addressed it--he looks great. I got tits--even natty people talk shit and assume I am running huge amounts of gear and don't know how to do it right. But to myself I really don't think I look bad and that is what matters so I am not going to go paying big money and getting cut up unless it starts to matter to me.

I was cut up a few years ago. I went to my family care doctor. You have to tell him that its extremely painful for you and its difficult to run "he knew I was lying." The insurance doesn't cover cosmetic surgery obviously but because i told him it was painful he went though with it. Either way he's getting paid, if not through me then through my insurance company.

What's up guys, been a while since I've updated. Life just gets hectic like that. But I've hit some solid PR's in the past weeks, 375 bench, 475 squat. Also got my blood work back, drew blood at around the 8 week mark and around 430 in the afternoon. I hear morning would have been ideal, but again, things have been hectic for me. Anyways here are the results, am I mistaken thinking test is a little low for being this far along on 500mg per week? Screenshot_20151015-121018.png
 
I'd also like to add a little more detail on when I last pinned and when I had blood drawn BC I know that can affect results. I pin every Thursday and Sunday, 1cc per pin. So I pinned Sunday night around 9pm, and was coming home from a vacation I took the following day, and got my blood drawn on the way in so I didn't have to miss any more work to do it. This put me getting my blood drawn on Monday around 430pm, less than 24 hours after my pin. I know that also isn't ideal, should have waited to 48 hours, but how much could this affect the results? Shouldn't my levels be fairly steady this far along?

You are not mistaken its low...3.5 times not good. I'm guessing that if ya had bloods done to protocol, it wouldn't have been much higher. Double that shit up (if ya can) and finish your cycle. You're strong as fuck.

Yea man I thought about doubling up but that'll cut my cycle short. Would shorter and higher dose be better than just finishing out? I'm disappointed but at the same time me and a buddy were talking and I'm honestly happy at the strength I've gained on this low dose , only could imagine if my gear was properly dosed or at least close

Stay where you're at imo, especially if you're happy. You can always go higher next cycle.

Shoulders look fuller hard to see much from the first pic but definitely more size around delts/traps it's only week 8 though so you have plenty of time to go, are you running 12 weeks or longer?

If your're running for another 4 weeks I would up your kcals and work out concentrating on hypertrophy training. You say the strength is up so that's good. I think if I was in your position I would increase to 750mg /w if you can, but keep AI dose as it is.
 
What's up guys. Haven't posted in a while, just a final update here. Bout halfway thru pct now, been feeling good for the most part the whole time, libido still good so my girls happy that wasn't an issue. Only kind of negative thing is my aggression just feels a little "off" in the gym. Just don't get quite the same, "I'm gonna fuxking destroy these weights" feeling. I feel that's normal tho with my test levels surely falling. I've been lifting good nonetheless. Still feeling strong but not setting any prs. Giving my body a little break from lifting to my max nearly every other day. Anyways I know this post is getting long, just wanted to give my final update. I'll probably do post bloods in a few weeks and start thinking about my second cycle for 2016. Looking forward to getting better gear this time and maybe running an oral in the first 4-5 weeks. Since discovering anaboliclab and their quality testing I've leaned towards pharmacom. Any thoughts? Appreciate everyone who's posted in here and criticized or encouraged me.
