First cycle log, sorta (Test E, Anavar, leftover Epistane & 4-AD)

Hi.
Am illiterate 24 y/o male commie chink from sunny Singapore.

Posting my first proper cycle log in meso specifically because it seems the most outspoken board that I have found, & because I like getting yelled at by chads on tren who can curl my deadlift 1RM for reps. But really just to try and keep some degree of accountability as to dosages, progress, etc as I know from past experience I am dogshit at keeping to a plan. And hopefully help other future newbies from making the same mistakes I will inevitably make.

Probably gonna stop updating in 3 days or so due to being lazy, herniating every spinal disc in my lower back from egolifting 1kg bicep curls, liver failure, pinning 3ccs of air into a blood vessel and dying from an embolism, or some combination thereof.

Will refer to all my lift numbers (especially PL compounds) using a non-publicized 1RM baseline at start of cycle. Since PL isn't really a highly popular sport in SG yet, my actual numbers are recognizable with some light stalking. (But also partially because I may be somewhat demotivated at being buried in shit for hopping on gear at a 1 plate squat and empty bar bench). I haven't decided to publicly declare my decision to become non natty yet, due to anabolic steroids being sort of a gray area in terms of legality here (can possess, cannot manufacture or distribute). Prison gainz suboptimal gainz. Sort of sad that I won't really be able to compete in IPF comps no more, but ehh I love me sum sick capri sun gainz of 1kg on PL total for each 5kg of fat I put on.

Been training for around 9 & a half years as of cycle start (July 2021), spent most of the time doing bastardized versions of Stronglifts, Starting Strength, & some popular variations thereof. Did fck all accessory lifts & cardio except the big 3 so I'm just a muscular imbalance on legs.

Cycle goals: Add 5kg/week to 1RM for the big 3 lifts. Should be +60kg on each lift at end of cycle, for a total PL total improvement of 180kg from baseline. Maintain or drop body fat percentage. That's pretty much it.

So here's the actual cycle which I totally didn't come up with by getting inputs from a random number generator.

Cycle start: 18/7/2021
Testosterone Enanthate: 150mg(0.5ml) E3D = 350mg/week. 12 weeks.
(PharmaQo Testoviron-E 300, 300mg/ml)
Injection sites will probably rotate between left/right VG, left/right delts since injection volume is relatively small & I wish to minimize scar tissue formation
Luer lock 3cc syringe, 25Ga 1" for VG, 25Ga 5/8" for delts
Anavar (Oxandrolone): 50mg ED, 6 weeks
(PharmaQo Anavar 50)
Epistane: 20mg ED until stock runs out (probably around 3-4 weeks or so)
(RPN Havoc, leftover stock from first ever prohormone cycle cut short when COVID closed gyms,)
Cyclo-4-AD: 250mg ED until stock runs out (probably around 3-4 weeks or so)
(Fusion Androtest, leftover stock from first ever prohormone cycle cut short when COVID closed gyms,)
Cycle support (ED): 2000mg NOW NAC. 2 caps Purus Labs Organ Shield, 8 caps NOW Ultra Omega-3 = 4g EPA, 2g DHA, Legion Triumph multivitamin, EGCG 800mg, chromium picolinate 400mg, melatonin 3mg, NOW dairy digest complete (1 cap w/ each serving of whey), minimum 3 liters water or as required to piss clear at all times, minimum 200g protein, adjust remaining carbs/fat to feel decent/good while maingaining current weight +/-3kg
Arimidex: 1mg E2D (or dial in dose as required), once/if nipples start acting up.
PCT (starts 2 weeks after last pin): Black Ox (Enhanced Athlete) for 4 weeks, Clomid 50mg, Nolva 40mg ED for 2 weeks, take bloods after 5 weeks and adjust PCT duration based on how suppressed bloodwork shows I am.
HCG: N/A (I'm a forever alone, collapsenik, & last thing I want or care about is to bring kids that I may or may not be able to raise properly into this world that I have little hope for). Screw those balls I wouldn't even want them if they didn't produce test. /rant

Day 1: 15/7/2021, Thursday
Gear arrived discreetly & well packed in the letterbox, labelled as some generic electronics. 60 tabs of Oxandrolone dosed at 50mg/tab. 4x 10ml vials of Testosterone Enanthate, 300mg/ml, in USP grade carrier oil. PCT: Clomid (Clomiphene citrate), Nolva (Tamixofen citrate), AI: Arimidex (Anastrazole),
Returned home in the evening after work, got the good shit from the mailbox, showered and scrubbed the right deltoid thoroughly, as that was the planned injection site.
Opened the packaging & was somewhat surprised at the relatively small vials & 3 tablet packs. After lifting for 9+ years, pounding down enough whey shakes, fish oil, multis, etc to cause nausea & bloating on a daily basis, I couldn’t process that those tiny vials & packs, each smaller than just one scoop of whey, could potentially elevate my performance to beyond my previous limits.

Injection #1: fucked up a lot, but still survived anyway. Only time will tell if I get an infection & need to drag my retarded juicehead ass to the ER this weekend. As of 16/7/2021 virgin muscle PIP started setting in, the injection area is tender but not swollen or inflamed.
Equipment: 25Ga ⅝” one-use Luer Lock hypodermic needle with cap, 3ml sterile one-use Luer Lock syringe, generic medical alcohol wipes, vial of 300mg/ml Test E, 1 gallon equal parts of cowardice, idiocy & lunacy
#1: Cleaned right delt area with alcohol wipes.
‘’Should have left this step to just before the second uncapping & injection. Because I ended up sweating a lot before actually pinning.
#2: Wiped top of test vial with alcohol wipe.
‘’Realized I had no clean surface to place the wipes on after. Ended up putting wipes on my thigh & the fan blew it right onto the floor. Not very hygienic to have floor dirt all over the alcohol swab. Not turning off the fan though, thanks, global warming.
#3: Removed syringe & needle from sterile packaging. Taking care not to touch the needle or hub, screw the needle onto the syringe clockwise, applying a bit of torque & pressure in the opposite direction to ensure the needle is secured.
‘’Actually did this step decently, just had very shaky hands from nerves so it took like 5 minutes
#4: Turned the test vial upside down, jabbed the needle in & drew around 0.7ml. Was supposed to draw 0.8ml but there was a huge air bubble at the top of the syringe. Guessing it was close to 0.1ml in volume.
‘’Should have injected air into the syringe before drawing, it required significantly more pressure than I expected to draw oil through a 25 gauge needle. Also not sure why there was such a huge air bubble?
#5: Remove the needle from the vial. Place the vial on the seat beside me & my idiot ass learned the hard way why I should recap the needle at all times unless drawing/injecting. Jabbed my wrist by accident, a small trickle of blood flowed out. Wasn't much pain, it felt like a very localized papercut/pinprick(?).
‘’CAP THE DAMN NEEDLE ALWAYS.
#6: Turn the (uncapped) syringe over & tap it to move the air bubble all the way to the top. Attempt to push the entire air bubble out but end up also pushing another 0.2ml of test out as well. Due to the bubble separating into a small stubborn pocket at the end that I couldn't tap to displace or push out. Getting antsy at this point. Wipe right delts again with the (floor dirt) alcohol wipe & prepare to pin.
‘’Idk what I did wrong, couldn’t get all the air out from the syringe due to the large initial bubble separating into a smaller bubble. Also should use something to cover the rest of the syringe when attempting to tap out the air as described below.
#7 Realize the hard way that oil is a lube. First injection, already shaky ass hands from nerves. The 0.2ml of premium test lube which I pushed out in the previous step had flowed down and coated the entire goddamn syringe in a slippery layer, meaning I couldn't get a good grip on the vial for injection. Also the tiny ⅝” needle starts looking like a harpoon from my nerves.
‘’USE SOMETHING TO COVER THE SYRINGE WHEN PUSHING OUT AIR BUBBLE
#8 Decide fuck it, going to try for the injection anyway. But since I am injecting right delts, I have to use my left (non-dominant) hand. The vial is slippery as hell and couldn't get a good angle for pinning. Chicken out and decide to pin right ventroglute instead. Couldn't be arsed to swap needles so just decided to reuse the ⅝”. Heck people do sub-Q test injections without issue and 0.5ml isn't a lot of volume to pin anyways.
‘’LUBE ON GRIP SURFACE = NOT GOOD
#9 Wipe injection area with (floor dirted) alcohol wipe. Wipe some of the test oil off the syringe so I could grip the damn syringe properly.
‘’Probably should have switched to fresh alcohol wipes. But was half out of my mind from nerves & not thinking straight at this point.
#10 Palpate the right ventroglute muscle by slightly raising and lowering the right leg sideways. Pin at 90-degree angle somewhere in that area. Forgot to not fully insert the needle, from the nerves probably lucky twitching didn’t break the needle & leave it in my hip.
‘’Actually decent. Even though I was literally shaking and crying from nerves, I just felt a tiny pinprick only for the first ⅛” or so.
#11 Vial STILL slippery. Not sure how much pressure to exert to push oil into muscle. Whatever. Just exerted gradually increasing pressure until the oil started coming out of the syringe. Bad view so I couldn't really tell if I had fully depressed the plunger. After around half a minute removed the needle from my ass. However due to bad angle & lack of experience the needle was shifting a lot so when I inserted it was close to perpendicular, when removing the needle it had drifted to something like 45-degrees instead.
‘’Need to improve injection technique and maintain needle at as close to 90-degrees as possible to minimize tissue trauma & scar tissue formation.
#12 IMMEDIATELY recapped the syringe/needle, Dumped the whole slippery, bloody mess into my makeshift sharps disposal bin (water bottle) & put the lid back on. First pin done, officially a retarded meathead but still alive.

Sleep seems negatively affected from the Anavar and/or Test. Woke up around 1am, mixed up a protein shake, drank it but couldn't go back to sleep and ended up laying awake until sometime after 4am.
Overall thoughts: Injecting this way probably would get me scar tissue within 2 weeks. Need to work on technique & calm down. Negligible pain than expected but I need to streamline my injection workflow better.

Squat: +10kg from baseline to 1RM technical failure.
Bench: +10kg from baseline to 1RM technical failure.
Barbell rows: -7.5kg from baseline to 1RM technical failure

Even though I was somewhat sleep deprived from (testsomnia? is that a thing?), placebo effect & anavar stronk. Test probably hasn't actually done anything yet since its a long ester (enanthate). Anavar probably isn't bunk since from 2 days only on it @50mg I am having calf & thigh cramps when jerking off (not during workout, only when jerking off, fml)

Lifting session 2: Saturday, 17/7/2021
Squat: +12.5kg from baseline to 1RM (RPE 9.5)
Bench: +12.5kg from baseline to 1RM (technical failure)

Also did my second pin at 1am Sunday (18/7/2021) because I woke up after 3 hours of sleep for whatever goddamn reason even though I took melatonin. This time I did things mostly correct. Didn't aspirate but learned from mistakes of first pin & successfully pinned right delt with minimal issues. Even find it sort of ridiculous and funny how much trouble I had with the first pin now.
Remaining issues to improve:
- Did notice some oil leaking out from injection site due to not leaving the needle in long enough/injecting too fast?
- Also the residual stupid little air bubble issue at the syringe tip still hasn't been resolved. But it's tiny, less than 0.05cc I would guess, so heck it. If I die from that it's just natural selection at this point.
-Didn't aspirate. Some places say to aspirate, some say it isn't required. IDK but just didn't bother as I didn't want to add even more variables to a process I'm still learning.

Ehh fuck it actually don't remember what else I did. See what I meant about needing a log to maintain accountability?

To update again later today once I get today's workout in. Anyway its 4am and I really need to sleep even though its a weekend.

I'm hoping you can achieve it, especially considering it's your first cycke.

Day 4: Sunday, 18/7/2021
So apparently PIP is a thing with delt shots, even with 0.5ml of oil. I dunno, maybe VG is more of a supporting muscle instead of a prime mover so I didn't notice the PIP as much. Anyways its a virgin muscle (first delt shot), so hopefully future shots won't be as bad. Range of motion is significantly reduced today, raising right arm to above neck level hurts and taking on/off T shirts is a huge pain in the delt. Sleep deprived as heck due to waking up at 1am and going back to sleep around 4am.

Lifting session 3: Only did back squats. Fuckin slipped and fell in gym toilet onto my left wrist & shoulder. I'm a chonky boi so my entire body weight crashing onto my remaining good arm did a number on me. Decided to just hit my squat single, call it a day, recover and train hard tomorrow.
Squat: +15kg from baseline to 1RM (technical failure). Lower body was reasonably explosive out of the hole but wrists and shoulders are killing me.
Going to chill out at baseline +10kg for the rest of the week, already 3 weeks ahead of schedule on squat. Need to let my joints catch up, my shoulders, wrists and elbows are getting absolutely wrecked on the last few warmups & single even without falling on the damn things.


Anyway I forgot to mention in first post that my training program is a cobbled together high-frequency mess of back squats, bench/overhead press, rows/weighted pullups, assistance arm work if I still have gas in the tank, 5 days a week. I occasionally switch out the heavy compounds to similar variations (front squat instead of back squat, incline/DB bench instead of flat bench, military/seated DB overhead press instead of OHP, etc depending on how I feel & which weak points I need to address at that point in time)
I find that I respond terribly to volume on compound movements and can't recover for shit if I take multiple sets close to failure, so I just try to get in volume & maximize mind-muscle connection on warmups, up to a heavy single that feels reasonably good.
Also missed out my pre-workout & some other stuff I'm taking.
PWO: Tend to switch around a bit, currently taking Legion Pulse. As long as it has like 200-400mg of caffeine, >3g beta-alanine, 6g or so of citrulline, I'll probably be happy with it
ED: 5g creatine monohydrate w/ highest carb meal, 3 tabs Himalaya Liv. 52, TUDCA 500mg

Ookay I am reasonably certain that AAS in general, or Anavar/Oxandrolone in particular has some interaction with my parasympathetic/sympathetic CNS. Went to sleep early, woke up 1 hour later to take a piss feeling absolutely exhausted, took my second dose (25mg) of daily Anavar and I spent 3 hours lying awake again. Also seem to be having elevated body temperature or night sweats from the Anavar somehow.
Just broke out the big sleep guns (Sleep Juice - enhanced athlete), and am just gonna lie down until hopefully I fall asleep before dawn.
But to be honest my performance in the gym has been absolutely INSANELY stronk considering how little (3-4 hours interrupted sleep total average a day) I slept the past 2 days. Before starting AAS I wouldn't even be able to drag myself out of bed with less than 9 hours a day after training days, let alone set PRs. Can't wait to dial in my sleep properly and see how much juicier I feel.
Also, note to self, I probably shouldn't ever touch tren even with a ten foot pole, considering the effects of even relatively mild AAS on my sleep patterns.
 
Guess I jinxed it yesterday.
Failed baseline squat, bench felt slow at baseline -30kg. tried pull-ups but felt slow and weak at 3 reps onwards. Just bailed on the rest of today's session at that point.
Gonna take a break for a few days, focus on sleep and recovery in caloric surplus until my joints stop feeling like crud, then retest my 1rms, use 90% as the new baseline and work from there.

They don't fuck around with the lockdowns over here in the APAC district lol.

74 cases here and they locked down 13 cities, mandatory quarantine and Covid testing of something like 8 million people in 3 days.

Love to see them try to lock down NewYork and see what happens.
