First Cycle Log (Spetz Gear)

Tren A= 50mg
Test P= 35mg

It was my day off and I had absolutely no errands to run or anything that needed to be done. I ended up sleeping for about 15 hours total, between meals. It was the best day of my life. My gym workout went great. Ive noticed a bit of water retention, gotta dial my A.I dosage and cut back a little on the sodium.

Shoulders
Smith machine press
4 sets narrow grip, wide grip, medium grip. All 3 = 1 set 5 reps per position

Triple set
DB lateral raises x3 15 rep
DB front raises x3 15 rep
DB reverse flies x3 15 rep

Rear fly machine
3 sets 15 reps

Arnold press
3 sets 15 reps

Shoulder shrugs
x3 15 reps


Cable rope hammer curls

x3 15 reps

All in all it was a good workout
 
@npng9013 what's your core/ab routine like? We have a very similar height & build. I'm a little heavier than you (205lbs), but I can't seem to get the abdomin definition that you have.

I do abs every other day

Hanging leg raises
I find that they work better than roman chair
4x20

Rope crunches (i love these)
4x15-20

Ab roller(with the wheel, or barbell)

4×15

I dont do the exact same thing every other day, but those are my 3 favorite exercises for abs. The rope crunches added mass to my abs, hanging leg raises helped my lower abs, and AB roller is a knock out when done with proper form at the end
 
Woke up with some bad PIP from a quad injection I did 2 days ago. As soon as the needle was a quarter of the way in, I hit a nerve. I said fuck it, im already in there might as well finish the job. Welp now my shits a wee bit fucked up.
I woke up with my chest a little jacked up. Might have been the way i slept. Feels like theres someone sitting on my chest. Its a quite uncomfortable breathing in. When I poke around the chest area, I feel pain in one spot, the top of my sternum. Chest is pretty sore from the workout I had 2 days ago.
 
Holy hell have I been busy the past few weeks. Training and everything has been going well aside from a few sick days. The gainz have been coming along real nice. I upped my dosage to Tren 60 and Test 40. Ive noticed quite a bit of PIP after I upped it. Not really crippling, just pretty annoying. Im going to add the mast in here in a few weeks as well. Noticed that my BP goes up when my water intake is anything less than a gallon. I dont sweat very easily and I start to after having a heavy carb meal, learned this from thanksgiving haha. Heres a pic I took last night. Noticing some good gainz so far.

Anger is just outrageous. I have never had this short of a fuse in my life. I can tolerate stupidity of others fairly well, but as of lately, ive been grinding my teeth and clenching my fist just so i dont knock someone out. Its pretty bad. I might start taking like .5 Mg of melatonin in the morning to just give me a bit of a lethargic laid back feeling. Or hell, ill just start smoking weed lmao. Nah ill pass on the weed.
Another thing ive noticed is that as soon as i eat a meal high in carbs, i immediately start burning up.

Going to add MAST P at 50mg ED on top of my Test P 40mg and Tren A 60. might go up a little more on tren.
What do you guys think about the Mast dose? never tried mast before.

I'm 193 now brother. No var or winny as of right now. Debating on mast p though. My strength hasn't really gone up like I was expecting. Gaining way more size though and that's what I'm after
 
I added it in at just 400/week half way through a 14 week test only cycle. I noticed a little hardening but more than that, muscle separation was great especially because I started to use it during the cut of my cycle. It was not anything major though... I'm going to run it again next cycle at 600-800mg per week... I just didn't run it high enough

Sounds like it worked well for you bro. I'm throwing it in at 50mg tonight and upping it as needed

I've heard good things about it. Seems to be more beneficial for those with low BF as well, so I'm excited to see what it'll do for me. I'll probably end up upping it depending how I react to it lol

Yes, it most definitely would be more beneficial at lower BF, I started my cycle at about 17% and up 12 lbs and down to about 15% maybe finishing my cycle... But I can definitely see how it would be better at a lower BF

Ok added mast p at 50mg to my cycle. I feel great and have a shit ton of endurance in the gym. I don't really feel my strength going up much, but I sure as fuck am getting bigger. My endurance is shot to shit. I'm always huffing and puffing lol. I'm also always burning up and agitated. I don't like people lol. Here's a pic of some leg progressIMG_0522.JPG

The endurance I mean to have a lot of is the pushing past the burn. The endurance I have none of is the cardiovascular kind lol
