The general consensus is that you should always have an ai on hand when you start a cycle. Many say just take it from the start but I think that's not a great approach. Especially on the lower end dosages like 500/wk test, you may not need an ai at all. Start taking it if you experience any gyno/itchy nipples or excessive water retention/bloat.

I did it in the quad, and besides a little muscle jerk went perfect. Not sore at all (yet).

Let me start by saying I am the worst at this log. Thought I had updated more. Cycle went as planned, ended in Sep. Did 500/mg a week for a couple weeks then bumped it up to 600/mg a week.
Only negative was had a pretty big cystic acne flare up about 9-10 weeks in. This wasn't a surprise really as I have had cystic acne off and on since I was around 14.
Saw a good increase in strength and a okay amount of size. Went from 205 pounds to a leaner 218 at the end. Lost some size post cycle, hanging around 210ish now. Bench went from 205 to 265. Deads from 405 to 485. Squats went from 315 to 365.
I have to admit..I didn't get my 6 weeks bloods done. Why? I have no clue. No excuses here. I kept putting it off in my head, saying I would do it tomorrow, then next week, and so on. stupidty, but oh well.
Really wish I would have had them done so I would have known my mid cycle levels as it seems since coming back reading I got some of the last non-garbage DGS gear. Now the hunt for a reliable source for my next cycle begins...

I used PrivateMDlabs.com. It is what most people here use. There is posts on here somewhere with discount codes.

I did. Adex .25mg E3D.
I would suggest not following in my footsteps and skipping bloodwork.
Bloods will determine if the AI you are using is too much or too little.
Some people say you may not even need AI for first cycle, your bloods will tell the story.
