Alright here it goes first cycle
Test e 500 mg a week split into 2 shots Monday and Thursday for 16 weeks have arimadex starting at .25mg eod till mid bloods and adjust from there have hcg will be doing 250 iu a week for whole cycle pct is clomid 100 100 50 50 Nolvadex 40 40 20 20 will be switching to test prop last 4 weeks of cycle starting pct 7 days after last prop pin goals for this cycle will be to put on as much mass as possible while dropping my 2 mile run time to under 11 min I'm at 1238 right now starting bw is 203lbs looking to try to get to 215 to 220 staying lean I would say my bf is 14%+ will attach a picture so yall can judge me try to be nice I'm on the taller side 6'5 I'm 26 anything else you want to know just ask will post up my diet latter for some critiques thanks looking forward to this journey FB_IMG_1434485318777-1.jpg

First shot was yesterday I run distance on Monday swim sprint's on Tuesday run 1/4 mile sprints on Wednesday swim distance on Thursday take Friday Saturday Sunday off from endurance training all endurance training is done in the am lifting is done in the pm I lift 6×a week

Sounds ok, but the only way to get better at something is to doing it frequently. Idk seems like you should run the two miles more than once a week. Since this is your first cycle and you're young, if your training and diet is on point, you could easily put on 25lbs. Its gonna make a sub 11min two mile tough. Ya know?? I'm not saying it can be done though.
 
Understandable the endurance routine is what we did at the batt. That got me where I'm at right now minus the swimming the sprints are all timed based with rest timed as well every 4 weeks I redo my 2 mile time and adjust my rep and rest times
