Hi so I'm new to this and just started clen last wk. I take 3 capsules in the morning. I am 5'7 230lbs. I work out 3 days a week and I wasn't sure if I should be changing my dosage or if I'm good where I'm at. Also I'm having a problem with my diet. Its not the over eating I'm having an issue with its more like not eating at all. I have 5 kids work full time so I maybe eat once a day....which iv come to get used to. My energy level isn't decreased any and I never really feel hungry which might be the reason I don't eat that often. But my question is should I be worried about not really having a diet while taking clen? Or will it still work with weight lose?? Thank you!
