First cycle on clen

Hi so I'm new to this and just started clen last wk. I take 3 capsules in the morning. I am 5'7 230lbs. I work out 3 days a week and I wasn't sure if I should be changing my dosage or if I'm good where I'm at. Also I'm having a problem with my diet. Its not the over eating I'm having an issue with its more like not eating at all. I have 5 kids work full time so I maybe eat once a day....which iv come to get used to. My energy level isn't decreased any and I never really feel hungry which might be the reason I don't eat that often. But my question is should I be worried about not really having a diet while taking clen? Or will it still work with weight lose?? Thank you!

Second you absolutely need to get diet and exercise dialed in before you worry about taking anything like clen.

Also at 230lbs, you have alot to drop before its time to implement something like clen. Wait until you're almost at the point of having visible abs.

Also where you're saying capsules it sounds like you may not have actual clen. I won't even bother asking what mcg they are.

Drop the clen, get your diet situated. You can easily drop a good 50lbs with just diet.

Diet, get it figured out. Start a thread looking for help with diet and exercise if you need it... This shit isn't that hard when you get it figured out and stick to it.

Your problem is diet. You said it yourself. Get your diet dialed in specifically and exercise and you will drop weight just fine

I have a sneaking suspicion that op can't give us an accurate breakdown of macros and calories in this "one meal a day" because she refuses to face up to the hard reality that she has an eating disorder. I've seen this so many times. One meal a day, and countless snacks of the most unhealthy food imaginable. When asked about the snacks, it will be said the amount is so small they really don't matter. The reality is that if everything is added up, their calorie count will rival or even surpass mine.

Op. Do yourself a huge favor. Conduct a study of your dietary intake. Write down and track all nutritional values of ANYTHING that passes your lips. Solid or liquid. I can promise that you will be surprised by how many calories you are taking in. And most of them will be complete junk.

I'm sorry for seeming so harsh but the reality is, if a person consumes less than their body uses, they will lose weight.

youre so dumb it’s unbelievable, contraceptive pills don’t always make you gain weight and too say they WILL is false advice. my girlfriend takes estrogen and progesterone and she’s 5”6 110 pounds. eats like a beast also. it differs for everybody. jesus this guy thinks every fucking hormone makes you fat. estrogen, testosterone, progesterone etc. just because your mom titty fed you until you were 16 doesn’t mean hormones for others will cause weight gain.

OP, diet, cardio, and weights. under eating is also bad you need to get a grip on your eating habits. find some trends about eating on the go or for those that have very busy schedules. you gotta make it work and get healthy for all those kids you got !!! lol

How do you not eat at all but weigh 230lbs? Do you eat pure lard for that 1 meal for maximum caloric density?

If you "dont eat at all" but weigh 230lbs at 5'7, I think you have to reevaluate. Clen definitely won't help you.
