Planning on getting on dat dere soon after learning more
here's where im currently at after about 3 1/2 years of training 5'9 160 lbs in the pic am currently 165 lbs trying to bulk to 175 natty.
my first cycle plan
just test cyp or E 500mg/week about 12 weeks following 12 week pct with nolva and arimidex
im still searching for a good source was gonna do DSG labs (i think that's how you spell it) but after reading recent comments about how sometimes his batch can be completely wrong im not gonna go that route. Also contemplating on asking a guy at my gym who competes if he can help me take my physique to the next level but im skeptical if he will help. I appreciate any feedback source advice cycling advice etc i also plan on keeping a log for my cycle journey for you guys to view
