First Cycle Protocol review

What's up everyone, first time poster here. About to begin my first cycle in roughly a month and thought it wouldn't hurt to get some feedback. Anyways, I know you all are gonna want them stats, so here they are.

Age: 21 (Yes I know, you're too young)
Experience: 6 solid years of lifting, messy diet up until a couple years back. Always train for strength but am looking to compete in my first bodybuilding show next year. My personal bests, all raw, are a 515 deadlift, 425 squat, and 280 bench. I recently cut down from 205 at roughly 17-18% bf to 185 at roughly 11-12% in preparation for this cycle. My diet for my cut was as follows:
Meal 1: 10 egg whites, half cup oats, 1 scoop kaizen whey
Meal 2: 42 grams unsalted almonds
Meal 3: 2 slices Ezekiel bread with 100 grams chicken breast and loads of spinach
Meal 4: Same as meal 3 with a 1/4 cup blueberries
Meal 5: Same as meal 1
Meal 6: 1 banana and 1 scoop of kaizen whey
Meal 7: 1.5 cup no fat Greek yogurt with 3 tablespoons hemp hearts and 1/4 cup blueberries with 1 kodiak power cake.

Total Calories: 2750
Supplements: 5g creatine ED, Multivitamin, Fish oils

Anyhow, I'm looking to put on lean mass throughout my first cycle. I already have the goodies, my proposed "stack" is as follows:

Test Cyp 500mg weeks 1-12 (mon/thurs)
Anavar 60mg ED weeks 1-6
Aromasin 12.5mg ED weeks 1-14
HCG 1000iu EOD weeks 12-14 (stopping 4 days prior to SERMS)

PCT
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20

Diet will consist of strictly clean foods and will begin at 3750 calories, increasing by 200-250 calories every couple weeks. I have no urge to cheat as I am looking to build as much clean mass as possible. Macros will most likes follow a 50c 30p 20f regimine.

Thoughts? Open to criticism btw. Thanks guys. :)

Everything looks good. Don’t think you will need the var or 12.5mg aromasin ed. Maybe 12.5mg eod then get blood work and adjust from there. You got pre-cycle bloods?
 
Getting bloods done in the next week. My mom happens to be a phlebotomist so she'll be handling all my levels prior, during and after. Lucky me lol.

How tall are you?

Total is 2750 or was that a typo?

Move the Anavar to the last 6 weeks as you will transition into PCT better especially with your longer ester test.

Aromasin you can change to EOD

hCG you can do 500iu instead

When do you plan on starting your PCT, how far after your last injection?

Thanks for the info. I thought about moving the var back as well. Beginning PCT 2 weeks after final injection. Height is 5'8. Not a typo, this was also taking into account small caloric values from the fish oils and animal pak. Total Calories.
 
But you're going to do it anyway...

Doing something that you're fully aware is a bad idea is all kinds of special.

All kinds of special haha. Right on. Bodybuilding has become something I've began to take seriously recently. This is a life long commitment and I'm aware of the path I'm taking. Not rushing into this like some of the people I see on these forums. I've been waiting until I'm 21 to get my foot wet in AAS. My girlfriend is also a bodybuilder so it's a passion for us. Appreciate the response though :)

Give a break down of your workout weekly regime.

How many days a week?
How long do you work out for?
Are you doing splits or working out each individual muscle?

What is your goal with this cycle? Bulk? Cut? (Don't say both)

And as you have been hearing and will continue to hear, unless you have low testosterone levels naturally your levels should be high enough to make a lot of gains without PEDs. I wouldn't do anything until 25+ as you're not done growing, not just your muscles but your growth plates on the long bones haven't probably closed yet.

Now that that's out of the way and we most likely can't talk you out of it, don't run hCG that high and with the cycle you're doing and the duration you really don't need it the whole time.

The PRIMARY sources for "estrogens" include:

Testis; < 5%
Peripheral (prostate, adipose tissue, glandular breast tissue) conversion via aromatase; ~ 80%
Adrenals; ~ 20%

LH and HCG are not selective for testicular testosterone production. Either the secretion of LH or the supplementation of HCG increase gonadal aromatase activity which increases estrogen production.

The past four months I was running Canditos 6 week strength program, which I've done quite a few times in the past and got great results. Prior to that I had ran 5/3/1 numerous times, and depending on what day (I always start my workouts with either Squat, bench, deadlift or OHP 90% of the time) I'd do accessory work based off of my main lift. So for example, if I were to bench that day, my accessory work would consist of 5x6-20 of another compound movement of my choosing (Incline DB/BB press, Decline DB/BB press, etc.) Typically pyramiding down from 20 to 6-8. Then I'd include an isolation movement of some sort, in the 12-20 rep range for another 5 sets, targeting the main muscle worked. In this case cable crossovers or pec flys would suffice. Finally, a row/pull would be included at the same rep ranges stated above. I rarely do curls/pushdowns unless I want a pump for shits and gigs. I train based off of whatever program in running, but usually only follow the main portion before including my own take afterwards. If you'd like I can post a recent picture of myself in good lighting. And like I initially stated, this is supposed to be a clean bulk.

I'm asking because your intake seems low for wanting to bulk even without gear.

Assuming you're moderately active and working out at least 5 days a week you should be eating 3100 calories daily.

On cycle I would even push you to aim for 4k

You must of not read the bottom. I said I'm starting my cycle eating 3750 calories and increasing by 200-250 every couple weeks as needed. The 2750 was my caloric deficit on my cut I just finished. Sorry for the confusion.

No no, I read it. You said you,

So unless you are currently in a caloric deficit still -- which wouldn't make sense considering your goal is a "clean bulk" you would want to at least be at your maintenance caloric intake which is at least 3100. If you're not at that right now off gear, go up.

This is what I was talking about before. You're trying to do too much with a "clean bulk". Either bulk or cut. But if you try to do both you're wasting gear.

Next point, don't start at 3750.

If you are having problems eating in the beginning 3900 would be okay.

I'm currently at 3000. I didn't specify my maintainence dose, my bad. I just add a 1/2 cup oats and a Tbsp of peanut butter to my 2750 deficit. I just finished the cut roughly a week ago. Yeah I'm not trying to bulk and cut lol. I'm not that stupid. Anyways, thanks for the information.
 
Also I'm not starting for another month so I can gradually ease into the bulk. 4k cals Sounds good. Thanks again man.

Ahh okay that's a lot better.

I'll be honest I didn't listen at your age. I took oral prohormones and would blow up with water weight. No ancillary or PCT. So at least you're running a base test.

If you're dead set on running this at your age. Try just a test cycle this time, see how your body responds to one compound.

Can always add more to future sets.

If you still ignore that, protect your liver. No more than 6 weeks on an oral. And no alcohol.

Hey man we all live and learn! I'm starting to lean more towards the Cyp on it's own and save the var for my next cycle. Just got greedy and wanted a kickstart. I don't drink at all but regardless I'm sure I'll see great results off the test alone. Thanks for all your help
