Hey guys, I'm not at all that new to the forum but I'm still fresh in regards to cycling. This will be my log regarding my first cycle. I will be posting my workouts (exercises/weights/rep-schemes) as well as my nutritional intake (fats/carbs/pro) for the upcoming 8 weeks.
Training wise;
I will try to train 5 days a week. Two days of heavy, strength/hyper focused Upper/Lower workouts and then 3 days of higher reps, Push/Pull/Legs kind of fashion routines. 2 ON, OFF, 3 ON, OFF, and so on and so forth.
I will be training in the fasted state as I find myself perform better this way, workouts usually at 2pm, I wake up at around 9am. I'll inject the T, HGH and 10mg's Var in the morning, go to my classes (10-2) and then workout. At around 1pm I'd go to the bathroom and take 20mg's Var pre-workout.
Nutrition (weight; 80kgs);
350g Protein
125g Fats
50-500 Carbs (Cycled)
Total calories on workout days will be above 4kCal, hopefully I manage to eat above that (I say hopefully because I'm trying to stick to whole foods and it's hard for me to hit these numbers this way).
Supplements;
Creatine 15g's ED
Vitamin C 2g's ED
Vitamin D 10,000 IU 2x/week
Vitamin E 1,200 IU ED
Opti-Men 3 tabs/ED
ZMA 1 AM/2PM ED
Iron and B12 1 tab/ED
Metformin HCL with meals
The cycle itself looks like this;
Week 1-5:
Testosterone Propionate 200mg/week + Anavar 50mg/ED
Week 6-8:
Tapering off Anavar 50mg/ED into 10mg/ED
HCG at 250 IU's two times a week, straight from the get-go.
HGH 2 IU's ED in the AM
Bromo at 2.5mg ED/AM
T4 50mcg ED/PM
Letrozole 1.25mg 2x/week
T injection rotation would be left and right quad/calves.
Any advice is openly welcomed, please. I have done a lot of research to be sure of this but my lack of experience can't be compensated by mere researching...reading can only take me so far and, I understand this. So, if there is any tweaking or advice you guys could drop, please do chime in!
