First Cycle, started today

The body fat/mass scales are not accurate at all.

Pre cycle my scale said 25% body fat at 220lbs. It was 22% on dexa scan

Post cycle the scale said I was 23% bodyfat at 229lbs. Dexa scan: 13.2% bodyfat 190lb lean tissue

Yeah wsm recommended a Dexa scan. I’ll get that as soon as I can find a place here.
 
Have any idea what my TSH is freaking out over? It seems to be from before steroids. Previous blood work and this one show high TSH. This is a very new development and I want to be sure that steroids aren’t the cause.

I did go through TRT a year prior, but only 200mg. My bloodwork was 7 months after ending TRT, and then now.
I’m not really familiar with how the thyroid works or what hormones affect TSH. It does seem that your thyroid is in overdrive though
 
Taking another day off… got the covid booster (#3) and I’m kind of fucked up.

DOMS are gone. I am not getting doms now despite going up +20lbs over the previous week. May need to increase weight or reps.
 
5 miles of cardio today. Pretty rough.

0.5 miles speed walking. Warmup before jogging.

1 mile fast. One minute break
2 miles fast. Two minutes break.
1 mile fast. One minute break.
0.61 miles fast. Done.

After DOMS, if they even show up, I should be able to go 7 miles.
 
I’ve switched my cycle up. Rather than stop taking 750 and downgrade to 500, I’ve decided to keep it with a caveat: switch to Mon/Thursday @ 1.5ml, so roughly 375mg of test on Monday and Thursday.

Why? My estrogen was too high, and the doctor recommended either this: 1) switch to mon/thurs, and take AI 24 hours after each (better), or 2) keep as is and take 3 AI per week.

I’m not currently comfortable taking 3x anastrazole per week, and realistically I’d prefer 1 or none, but this allows me to keep my cycle and only take 2x AI.

However, this is somewhat risky. There is research posted by Michael Scally on the AAS thread (page 44) to show that missing your shots may contribute to cardiovascular issues. I would NOT recommend following my method of changing things up.

Learn from my mistake! Figure out your cycle beforehand and stick to it.
 
If you're talking slin pins for the 31g. Pull the plunger out and back load(just do not let the plunger tip touch anything and have clean hands) That's what I do if I'm doing less than an ml per shot. I'd hope the smaller needle helps decrease scar tissue build up. You can also get 5/16 31g leur lock tips if you prefer the 31s
Not to reignite an old thread, just came across this and it applies to my current situation.. I just got some slin pins in for my cruise and got 30g 5/16” while I was thinking 5/8” for whatever reason as an alternative to 1/2” as I couldn’t find this size anywhere where I am. You’ve never had issues with this length for pinning delts/VG?

I just got some slin pins in for my cruise and got 30g 5/16” while I was thinking 5/8” for whatever reason as an alternative to 1/2” as I couldn’t find this size anywhere where I am. You’ve never had issues with this length for pinning delts/VG?
I haven't pinned VG with 5/16. I try to stick to 1" for that as with most people I hold most of my fat there even if I'm fairly lean. But for quads and delts 5/16 works great for me.
