There is no help for you... You won't listen. You weigh as much as an average sized female, I don't know what makes you think your going to gain anything sustainable?

Finishing this cycle up and staying clean, cycle sucked anyways, gear is greatly underdosed.
 
Is the gear underdosed, or are you underfed?

I upped my calories and i been doing good until I got this mystery injury and I can barely lift a 10lb dumbbell with my right arm, I can do push exercises but just the pull I can't, waiting to see doctor and get MRI hopefully they can diagnose what it is

If you knew this brand it's severely underdosed, it was too late when I had started and found out it's bad stuff. Like I said before I'm just gonna stay natural and progress from there , just focus greatly on calories and progressive overload

If you gained 20lbs it’s good shit bro

I see myself relative lean and good definition in abs, next Sunday imma get my body measurements and also body fat %, I just want to finish this cycle and keep it natty, train hard and consistent like now, and just enjoy the journey. I've seen people doing great natty if they can do it do can I , my body type I'm lean even though it's a bitch to build muscle mass and some people seem to just look at weights and build muscle lol
