First cycle: Test E 600mg per week

Week 1 day 4, pin #2:
Pinned my glute this morning, definately didnt like it. I hit a nerve the first 2 times and the third time is just went in deep figuring i would hit a nerve anyhow. I aspirated and air came into my siringe so i pressed the oil in, made sure i did it nice and easy. Then i removed the syringe and black blood started leaking, it was quite easy to make it stop. I doubt i injected it into a vein, but i deed feel nauseous after. Can anyone confirm this?
Im going to pin only quads from now on, this way i can act quicker and have a much better view.

Im not feeling anything yet, i do notice i have more boners but this could be placebo
 
Week 3 the magic starts to happen give it time and enjoy the ride. I never do my glutes, between the oil and uncomfortable positioning i disregard it. I do quads only, my wife hits me in the delts.
Do you have any explanation for the black blood? And if i did pin my test into a vein, is the test lost?
 
If you aspirated and no blood came in the syringe then you probably just grazed a vein on your way out. Idk about black blood. I would definitely keep an eye out. And as for hitting a nerve in your glute, where did you pin?

Left corner of my right buttcheek, i realize this wasnt the best spot to inject.
 
I don't know what you did. I have done glutes twice. This time very little pain at all on the day after. And the black blood may have been your oil mixed with your blood? It's just a guess considering I don't have any experience with that.

Thats my biggest fear lol. Anywho im gonna only pin quads from now on, its alot easier and ill deal with the pip.
 
I have a little itch going around my nipples. Its not really an itch its more like my nipples are more sensitive to the cloth of my clothes. Going to start arimidex at 0.5 mg eod until symptoms subside.
 
It takes very little adex to lower estro in the body so dont over do it, everyone has a view on this, just use your judgement.

Watch the scale too. Dont be alarmed If you drop some weight after taking the adex. It just means it was water
 
@gr8whitetrukker can you explain me something, why do so many people only train their muscle groups once a week? On aas you have more endurance and better recovery, why not train them twice?

I suppose It depends on training style. When you hear of guys doing 25 sets for one body part one must assume their is no point where they are reaching failure. It would be near impossible to do all those sets and go to failure. Ive never trained like this. Call me a stooge but I never really understood volume training. Just ending your set cuz you reached some rudimentary number8,10,12 never made any sense to me. I challenge myself every set. If you train in this fashion I do not believe it would be beneficial to hit each group twice in a week. People like mentzer, Yates, and others like me believe once a week is perfect. You should need the recovery time any how. On cycle its more difficult to reach a point to where your muscle stays in a state of trauma. This is the most obvious effect I noticed. So I add more weight and squeeze the contractions. Never cheat your reps for the sake of numbers and work thru the painful burn as this is when your muscle becomes adaptive and breaks down. Do this and you will find once a week is all you'll need
 
Week 2 day 7 pin #3: Have been looking forward to this all week, everything went pretty smooth honestly. I hit a nerve on my way in but i just continued going deepr and all was aight. I ran out of 21g's tough and had to pull the juice with a 23g, this was very annoying and took me forever. I even wastednsome juice, only a couple of drops tough, still hurt.

I dont "feel" anything but inhave an increased daily volume of sperm (100% sure, like twice what i normally shoot), higher well being my mood is slightly above baseline most of the time (couldbe placebo) i am slightly stronger my lifts have gone up maybe 5-10% and this only the first week so i have big expectations.
Sheduled to have my bloodtest at the end of week 5 (around 48h after last shot) thisll decide if i continue with pharmacom or get some EP from a local.

Oh and i pinned my right quad, last time was left and i had horrible pip. This time i showered before, heated the oil a bit and pinned very slowly (10-15 secs)

Once you inject the test its "active". Its alive and working. Each week that passes you build a higher concentration due to the 8 day half life of cyp/enan. The anabolic nature of test is providing you the ability to quickly rebuild with provided protein you eat. Its important to keep the high cals and high protein coming in. Youll thank yourself about week 3-5 when blood concentration starts ramping up. You should see great gains. Keep at it
