Background -
Was a very obese teen by around 17 I was well into the 290's and non of it was muscle I was a WOW and everquest 2 junkie infact for a 2 year period I ate a loaf of roman meal wheat bread and butter a day I did some calculations later it ended up being in the range of an extra 1.8 million calories over the 2 year span from just bread.

Well on my 18th birthday I decided to quit smoking and get healthy and I did i dropped a substantial portion of my weight and started looking good within a year i was 230 and felt like a stud I did very little resistance training at this point. well about 5 years goes by and My mom falls ill and passes away in which during this time i bulked back up but this time to almost 330lbs. There came a day when I realized i needed to change... and i did over the course of a year and a half I dropped all the way back down to 215 1/2 and I plateaued.. fast forward another year and a half and I had been activy lifting during this time and I am stuck at 233 - 240 and never deviating just constantly doing some cardio but working religiously between free weights, cables and "some machines".

I decided to run my first cycle ...

Im running TEST-E 300MG twice a week
AI- NONE "I need to get one from what I have been reading however my doctor is on board with my cycle in fact he provided me the pins and is diligently waiting the outcome so we can run blood tests and he advised me not to take any on the current dosage of test which i think hes wrong but if I get signs of gyno he will prescribe me the necessary anti-est which i will get at no cost since my insurance covers generic prescription at 0 cost to me."

I am on my 5th pin and I can honestly say that TESTOSTERONE is pretty incredible stuff, granted I am only 26 having a much higher dose still feels really good my energy levels are through the roof and I have already stepped up my strength in the gym even my pumps are much better.

Sides
Acne: within the first 2 pins I got a noticeable outbreak of acne on my face and just some random bumps on my body so far

Strength: Very little maybe placebo but I feel as if I am able to rep out easier on natty weight, Leg press has went up a bunch though and DOMS isnt really there as much as just soreness around my joints so im staying same weight higher reps for awhile

Libido: its better.... kinda hard to guage this since im so young.. but im definatly noticing more tail aswell

Mood/Aggressiveness: From all my research I am under the understanding this is subjective and varies person to person, i am not a really moody guy but I have noticed an increase in road rage during my commutes and I have become alittle more cranky but nothing I cannot control.

Supplements
GNC Ultra MEGA Whole food multi vita-pak
Fish oil, staminol, and some green tea extract
GNC Herbal Plus Milk Thistle 400 mg daily " not sure how much this stuff really helps but figure it doesnt hurt and I read things about it being able to aid in drying the oils of your skin"

I am already planning my second cycle which will go something like Test-e dbol and end with tren-e

PCT- clomid "PEP through in 50 clomid tabs free of charge"

If you have any questions just ask or any suggestion to how I worded my cycle or any improvements just voice them.
Thanks guys and im glad to be on the forum.

@ 26 years old and 22% bf, what do you expect to get out of this cycle? Just curious.

Initially i was just going to cardio my ass off and use it to help me retain what I have been building the past 2 years but right away i realized I might aswell just go as hard as I can and slab on as much extra muscle as i can cut during my next cycle.

My diet is pretty sound atm, I guess what I had rationalized was that this will be a fair opportunity to ready my muscles for pinning, devirginizing them and seeing if I can even handle TEST in truth ill be more ready in another year id guess to make the best of any cycle.

There is no minor cycle but in the grand scheme of things a test only cycle would be the biggest baby step.

I would have dieted down to sub 15% prior to pinning. Have you calculated your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure)? If not I would google TDEE calculator to get a base for it.

Trust me on this, you'll thank me later! If you're cutting, -500 cals from your TDEE, if you're bulking slowly add 250, then see how your body reacts then up another 250 for a total of 500 to stay fairly lean while bulking.

Also if you're cutting and towards the end of your cut, you must do something called reverse dieting. I typically add 100cals a week until I reach my maintenance and maintain for a while.

Let us know if you have any questions, glad to help.

This just doesnt seem like a great idea.. What are your goals?

You're embarking on Test based bulking cycle at over 20% BF? You will end up huge and bloated with water weight, especially given your prior obesity problems. Not to mention you will be at a high risk of gyno.

Personally I would quit the cycle, go a proper cutting diet to min sub 15% BF and then reconsider AAS.

If you insist on going ahead consider changing to a recomp or pure cutting cycle, but again this just seems like a waste if youve only been training for 2 years..

Just another tip, at your bf I would go lean bulking. Try eating 250-300 above maintenance fat gains should be minimal and with increased lean tissue you should reduce overall bodyfat.

The truth behind my obesity was not as simple as I have a disposition to be obese because it couldn't be further from the truth, I tried REALLY hard to be obese. It sounds terrible but there were very influential factors that contributed to my weight gain in both instances. I had a ZERO activity level in both instances and an extreme surplus of calories every day we are talking a caloric range of 9500 - 15000 calories per day. Now couple that with literally enough exercise to go up and down some steps a couple times day, with that being said I now on average walk nearly 12 thousand steps during my work day alone before i even hit the gym and do 20 minutes of cardio and then resistance train for 45 minutes.

Thanks man, I used to be super strict on my diet I counted EVERY calorie but as of late I have just figured out what i need to eat and focused on a few parameters, being high protein low salt low sugar and low carb. however I do need to squint alittle and start focusing on my caloric intakes again.

My day is pretty simple really im consistently eating the same things with little deviation here is an example day.

Breakfast
4 eggs sunny side up prepared in coconut oil
Mid Morning Snack
GNC Total Lean Shake
Lunch
Campbells chunky soup or packed chicken breasts with veges prepared
MID Afternoon Snack
GNC Total Lean shake
Preworkout
BCAAS
POST Workout
2x servings of Carnivore steak protein in a shaker "mixed with water not milk"
DINNER
Either salmon, chicken breast, or STEAK "large protion size" with a ceaser salad

The only deviations really would be the snacks because I occasionally run acvtivia greek yogurt to keep me regular.

of course I have setback days were ill grab a bag of mini chips from the vending machine or something but i do get carb cravings after a dry out of them and it feels terrible.

By "recomp" are you referring to Recomposition?

Yup. Diet is pretty much the reason for weight gain in the majority of cases. Exercise is second. Reason being, with a negative calorie deficit, you can lose weight with no exercise at all.

Your diet looks pretty sound now but I take it you've only been following it for a short while (just a guess). Keep it up and stick with the exercise in order to accelerate fat loss.

I wouldn't run anything with bf that high. Just my opinion. Don't think you'd see much improvement versus putting in the work. I'd diet and exercise hard, drop my bf to at least 15/16 and then see what additional supplementation would do.

Diet can be sound on paper but it should be really be tailored to the individual. You can eat chicken and broccoli all day but still get fat.

I can't stress enough about knowing your tdee.

So very true, the first year of loss was made in a very extreme tuna diet I was on, i mean a typical day for me was 3 whey shakes, 2 cans of tuna, 1 slice of bread and cottage cheese before bed for probably 9 months with NO DEVIATION from it.. i ran for 45 minutes ONLY every single day and i mean the weight fell off me literally as I was walking. I have had a hard time grasping the bulking/cutting routines since then and its been rough but one thing holds true, my diet as of late has always been similar the only thing i have changed in the past year is i started intermittent fasting for 2 and a half months.. and i got to a point where i was always dizzy and it just didnt feel right, I also had a few months where i was low on money so of course the dirtyness gets in there. and i started incorporating cheat days.

yeh by recomp I meant recomposition. You would basically be eating very slightly over maintenance to build some lean muscle, and lose fat. Its not as effective as a pure bulk or a pure cut. Also it can be very tricky to dial in the right caloric intake, especially as a beginner.

I asked what your goals are because it seems like you want to be more in shape, leaner, and also pack on muscle. Dont get me wrong, that is exactly what most of us are trying to achieve. The mistake that people make is thinking that steroids will magically allow them to do all of it at once.

At over 20% BF it just not optimal to do any kind of bulk as a first cycle, especially at 26 with only 2 years of training.

Anyway you're already committed so not much point in beating a dead horse I suppose. As someone else already suggested I would say figure out your lean body mass maintenance calories and go for about 200 to 300 over per day. Bust your ass in the gym, make sure you do your cardio as well. You might gain somewhere between 5-10 pounds of muscle and lose up to 5 BF%. Very ball park estimate, and thats if you really dial everything in.

The training, the juice, all of that is the easy part. Your diet will determine your results.

Good luck

How long does it takes to feel/notice gyno? Do some people just not get it? Before I started I had a little bf gyno, if anything not has cleared up some my chest is alot tighter. .

What's "a little bf gyno"? You mean you had man boobs before you started? My opinion is just starting out, if you're taking an ester such as Cypionate or Enanthate, it would take a couple weeks. Some don't get it though. It depends on the person and dosage.
