Hi, everyone. I am new to posting on the boards although I have been lurking for quite a few months. The amount of knowledge here is invaluable and I've tried to incorporate it into a decent first cycle. I am currently halfway through week 4 and just had my last 50 mg Dbol dose today, so the test E will be the only remaining compound for the cycle. I began at 5'7" 170 and am now sitting around 186-187, although I imagine a lot of that weight is water. We will see in a couple days, I'm sure. I have been taking in 3000-3200 calories a day (300 protein, 300 carbs, 80-90 fat) from chicken, lean beef and turkey, eggs, whey, cottage cheese, brown rice, sweet potato, oatmeal, grits, fruits, beans, etc. I plan on running the test for 12 weeks with adex ED, HCG starting on week 8, and Nolva/Clomid PCT. I will be updating this daily with workouts, results, issues and whatnot so feel free to comment or correct! Thanks for reading and hello again to everyone on the boards!
