Been training for about 8 years
Not sure about body fat but I would take a rough estimate at about 18%
Bench: 285 (I know whatever lol)
Deadlift: 455 (Been stuck at 455 for years. Want to get to 500)
Squat: 405
First cycle ever, tried to keep it simple.
Testoviron Depot Test E 500mg weeks 1-12 (250mg sunday night/ thurs morning)
GP aromasin 12.5 mg weeks 1-13 ED
Pregnyl HCG 500iu weeks 4-13 (250iu friday night/ wednesday morning)
GP Nolva weeks 14-17 (40/40/20/10)
GP clomid weeks 14-17 (100/100/50/25)
I actually just finished my second shot yesterday. Was scared as hell doing it for the first time but after I pinned I felt like an idiot for being nervous about injecting lol. Testoviron Depot went in like butter and only felt a slight discomfort for maybe a day after. Second shot was last night and I barely felt any soreness.
Gym split is two on/ 1 off

Diet: 4000k 350/400/ 125 P/C/F
Pretty much all clean foods: Brown rice and chicken are a staple. But also a lot of peppers, mushrooms, spinach and broccoli. Other sources of protein are eggs and salmon and protein shakes (have carnivor and casein protein). Other carbs are oatmeal, ezekiel bread and various fruits.
If anyone has any comments or tweaks that would be awesome! As this is my first cycle I could definitely use any advice from those with experience.
So far in the past week I haven't felt too much of a difference maybe better recovery time. Will keep posting! Excited for this test e to start kicking in!!
