First Cycle: Test E

Been training for about 8 years
Not sure about body fat but I would take a rough estimate at about 18%

Bench: 285 (I know whatever lol)
Deadlift: 455 (Been stuck at 455 for years. Want to get to 500)
Squat: 405

First cycle ever, tried to keep it simple.
Testoviron Depot Test E 500mg weeks 1-12 (250mg sunday night/ thurs morning)
GP aromasin 12.5 mg weeks 1-13 ED
Pregnyl HCG 500iu weeks 4-13 (250iu friday night/ wednesday morning)
GP Nolva weeks 14-17 (40/40/20/10)
GP clomid weeks 14-17 (100/100/50/25)

I actually just finished my second shot yesterday. Was scared as hell doing it for the first time but after I pinned I felt like an idiot for being nervous about injecting lol. Testoviron Depot went in like butter and only felt a slight discomfort for maybe a day after. Second shot was last night and I barely felt any soreness.

Gym split is two on/ 1 off
Shoulders/tris
Back/traps
Off
Chest/Bis
Legs
off
Repeat

Diet: 4000k 350/400/ 125 P/C/F
Pretty much all clean foods: Brown rice and chicken are a staple. But also a lot of peppers, mushrooms, spinach and broccoli. Other sources of protein are eggs and salmon and protein shakes (have carnivor and casein protein). Other carbs are oatmeal, ezekiel bread and various fruits.

If anyone has any comments or tweaks that would be awesome! As this is my first cycle I could definitely use any advice from those with experience.

So far in the past week I haven't felt too much of a difference maybe better recovery time. Will keep posting! Excited for this test e to start kicking in!!
 
You think its good to keep cals this high early in the cycle? My BMR is probably about 3000k from experience
 
Leave your calories where they are! Train your ass off and you should see great results. Looks like you have done your homework which is more then you can say for most that jump into this game. Good luck bro and keep us posted!
 
Administer your hCG on Saturdays instead of Fridays for this cycle protocol. Your Wednesday shot is fine. Day before test for hCG is optimal, but not set in stone. However since you have the day before on Wednesday lined up for hCG, i thought i would step in and advise the same for Saturday.

My only comment is why pin Thur? I pin 2x a week, sun/wed, and this schedule looks like it would work better for you, since you would pin on both of your off days and you would get a higher serum release for the next 1.5 days, giving a nice boost to workout recovery.

One of my pins comes on leg day, and when I end up pinning before I work out, I always get worse pip after working the legs hard (I pin my legs/glutes). I know some prefer to pin then workout, but my experience has always made pip worse pinning a long ester before working out.

I see what you mean but on my 2 on 1 off schedule my off days actually change week to week. I just based my injecting schedule around my work schedule.
 
So this morning I pinned for my third time which would mark a full week now. Strangely I actually woke up this morning with a decent amount of extra water retention. Face is round as hell kinda freaked me out. Diet has been crazy clean, only think yesterday was I ate 2 quest bars cause I was a little late for work. Awwell, hopefully it doesn't affect my leg workout tonight and maybe I can sweat it out.
 
I cook all my meals and don't add any salt at all, and I clear prob 1.5-2 gallons of water a day. Maybe it was just my body reacting strange to something in the Quest bars.
 
Well sounds like your doing pretty good diet wise. If your anything like me though get ready to retain some water brother. Of course I always kickstart with Dbol so that could be part of my problem. Or the fact that I don't care to much about sodium or eating clean when I'm bulking. But even with an AI my wife says I look like a blow fish while running test e, lol.
It all depends on your goals brother but once you get off don't get to disappointed when you lose weight because it will mostly be water weight. Keep up the good work.
 
Main goals are just to break through these plateaus i've been at for quite some time. Didn't really plan on rocking this moonface tho but awwell haha. My water weight has always been all over the place so I guess this is what I have to expect. Now time for a nice night gym leg session!

I ran my first cycle and watched calories...what waste

Now, I'm running more advance..well, not my first cycle anymore and I eat WHATEVER THE FUCK I want...BUT I do have a min amount of protein I eat....comes from PP, milk, chicken, beef. I'm aslo easily training much harder and making great progress.

People over look eating to much...if your afraid of getting.. "fat" BB/PL is not for you. I am around 15-20% and look fucking jacked in a shirt...(jacked to me ;)

Shew so holy fucking water retention. Weighed in at 223 which is 8 lbs in a week which is clearly water. Calves blew up like a balloon and body just feels swollen. Maybe I need to up the dosage of Aromasin to 25mg? On a side note, I did kill it on squats today, prob from the increase in calories. Hit 315 for 10 reps. Was feeling great and wish I would have gone heavier but I didn't have a spot cause my lifting buddy bailed. By the end of the workout I was crampin like a mf'er tho and lower back was hurting. I think it was cause of all this damn water weight.
 
Not really a whole lot to update since the test isn't supposed to kick in for a while. Did pull 455 for 2 reps today which I've never done. Been eating like a fucking horse recently so thats had to of helped.
