Haven't updated in a while because it was still early in the cycle. Not really sure if anyone is still following but anyways haha.. about 4 weeks in now and and hit 425 on my squat and 475 on deadlift for 3 reps. Both huge pr's for me that i've been stuck at FOREVER. Gonna go for a 300 bench next week. size has def gone way up and i feel like I can be at the gym for hours. Really starting to see some fucking gains and im weighing in at 225 and def more vascular.
