When I asked that question I always respond that I added another scoop of protein to my shakesNot the best pics but I'm coming along. I wish I would have taken bf pics bc someone at work asked what I was doing bc I've doubled in size in 2 months they said lol. I said lots of protein and creatine lol. I've gained about 35 pounds during this bulk which started out clean and got sloppy at the end. I'll probably do another bulk in 3 months and then a cut cycle after that for next summer.
