First cycle

Hey guys need some help as in regards to my first cycle and would appreciate any and all help.

I'm 5'11 165lbs, 24 yrs
Been lifting since my high school wrestling, football days (use to walk around solid at 180-186)

Just wanna get that look back but harder, and leaner this time around *I want that Greek god look* ^_^

I'm quite fascinated by the idea of tren so I was thinking about trying that out but I'm open for ideas from the wise!
But here's what cycle I was thinking of:
Tren ace: 1 - 10 weeks ED 75 MG
Test prop: 1-12 weeks ED 50 MG
and maybe boldenone 1-14 weeks mg??
And commence pct 3 days after last pin.

I have no cycling experience. ...... that's why I've come here to pick the brains of the knowledgeable. The only knowledge or intellect I have on cycling is research of what I've read online which is he say she say debates.

My diet is about 3000-4000 calories a day which consists of a weekly cheat snack. But besides that mashed potatoes, baked fish and chicken, some steak, rice, all types of nuts as in almonds, cashews, peanuts, etc and lots of tuna.

I'm not a firm believer in preworkouts since they are mostly marketing schemes and consist of the same active ingredient aka caffeine. So the only supplements I take Atm is vitamin b12, vitamin E, fiber tablets and whey protein.

My flat bench is 225lbs, incline 180 lbs, barbell curls 55lbs single arm, bent over barbell row 60 lbs each side, deadlift 180 lbs and squat bout the same or little less.

agree with @johnnyBALLZ . Tren is a hell of a drug my friend. everybody has different experiences, a lot of people, even very seasoned AAS users can't handle the sides. You need to start off slow and build up. It's a marathon not a sprint. Do a basic Test E cycle, maybe add in dbol for the first 4 weeks, learn how the hormones effect your body, run it for 12 or so weeks, then reevaluate. Be careful my friend.
 
Thanks for the quick replies and wisdom! I'm perfectly fine with running test only cycle I actually was leaning towards that and hoped that would've been the feedback I received!

Could I use test prop, or is test e the preferred route? I want to minimize water retention as much as possible. Only because the water bloat would be lost at the end of cycle and I'd deflate like a balloon >.<

The ester doesn't cause the bloat.
 
Just depends how many times you want to pin a week? Short esthers require more frequent pin times during the week. Being a first cycle I would recommend long esthers I.e test e or c for less frequent pins so you can adjust to the injections . And yes don't even think about tren til further down the line .
 
THe pip from prop into virgin muscle would suck big time lol....

this is what my first cycle looks like....I had done dbol previously and loved it which is why I included it in my first "real" cycle...you dont have to....

Wk 1-4 Dbol @ 30 mg/day
Wk 1-12 Test Cyp @ 250mg 2/wk Sun am - Wed pm.
hCG wk 3 for last 10 weeks @ 250iu twice per wk
Wk 1-14 Adex .25mg EOD and monitor visual and felt sides - increase if necessary.
Wk 15-19 PCT

PCT = Clomid 75/50/50/50 Nolva 40/20/20/20

also, you'll want to make sure the gear you do get is legit btw...or else for all you know you could be injecting canola oil...so go with a reputable source or get it labmaxed ...
 
Ok great advice and @Walker yea I was considering maybe throwing in deca with first cycle and some boldenone foe long term effect. I'm just not too up to par with how etc to take the arimidex this is to avoid sides correct, like gyno etc

Walker first cycle included dbol not Decca . and yes run adex .25mg eod to start to keep estrogen in check from the get go
 
Your not gonna know what's doing what if you try to do 3 compounds on your first run . stick to test only for your first run to get a feel for compounds . maybe add a kick start of oral like walker stated like dbol for the first 4 weeks . This is the best advice I could give you but it's your body .
 
I can guarantee Test will be causing all the side effects if you only add Deca and EQ. adding Deca and EQ will not effect your estrogen as much as Test. run Aromasin or Arimidex and you'll be fine.

I've been basing alot of my knowledge on your past responses in other threads, I appreciate your feedback I'll probably end up dropping the deca and run anavar in its place to be more mild of a cycle than a mass gainer
 
Forget the 19 nors first cycle. Lots of sound advice in here, and Walker laid out a solid plan for you - make note of it.

Also, do you have a photo of yourself neck down? Im thinking your diet needs some attention first before you begin this cycle. I dont think youre anywhere near your genetic potential.

I'll post a picture in a few, my genetics lean towards the heavy side it's a real pain in the ass for me to keep my current figure in check I put on weight like pregnant chick's get cravings. So I can easily put on weight to get big as I was but I'll hold more fat than anything. I've been there already.... :-/

If this is true then im having a difficult time picturing what your current physique is like. Are you skinny fat? At 5'11" 165lbs youre not that big regardless of how lean or muscular you are. Eat clean and workout and you'll put on quality muscle, not fat like you described above.
